Appreciated the efficient service and like the product but unfortunately we found a fault when putting it together and it now requires us to do some work on it to get it right.
The fabric/string on it is also quite dirty in places.
I was a bit unsure about purchasing through the site but in the end the whole experience was excellent. Customer service responded to a request I had very quickly and the item arrived before expected.
First the delivery was 5 days late and then the driver didn't deliver to my adress but the next post office shop, and then didn't leave a message in my letterbox but phoned me from a very bad connection where I hardly made out what she was telling me about where the parcel had been dropped off. I then had to organise a strong man with a van to pick up the two very heavy parcels. Thanks to a nice neighbour, otherwise the parcel would still be at the post office. Totally unacceptable.

It was pretty easy to find just what I wanted on the Costway website. Photos were great, although the photos did make it look much nicer than it does out of the box (I know, it needs some zhooshing). Great info is also provided and delivery was quicker than anticipated. Am surprised and happy.

Easy to find, great pics and info on product, easy purchase
I was sold a coffee table with 3 very visible chips and scratches. It was disappointing that I wasn't able to call them, but managed to email them with a request for return and full refund. Several days passed before they responded offering to reduce the price. More than 3 weeks later they picked up the item and I am yet to receive the refund.

Great quality cat tower and very easy to set up.
The cload opening and arch door for the box are quite small and low down so I am unsure if my cat will use them. If I were to build it again I would probably leave the cloud panel out as it is not structural and my cat could easily access the box.
Overall its great quality!
The chairs we purchased were ordered on line from Brisbane on a Sunday afternoon and arrived on the following Wednesday. The product was better than described and a lot cheaper than any other seller. Thanks so much!

My order went missing the first time around. No delivery information was provided.
Your company re-sent the delivery. I was given the wrong tracking number and the wrong website on which to track with this second delivery.
II had to obtain this information myself.

It has took me over 75minutes to navigate your site to finally purchase what I wanted. And even after all that, I still didn't get the 5% discount that was offered. When I received the Christmas tree it was lopsided with short branches on one side and longer on the other. Same with the flock, lots on one side and very little on the other. There were so few lights that you can hardly see them at all…very disappointing all around

First time buyer and initially a little concerned but very pleasantry surprised with the timing and efficiency of delivery as well as the quality of the product, even if a little challenging to assemble for people of mature age.
The shopping experience was great with Costway. I purchased a cat tree and the product was as pictured/described on the website. It's a good quality cat tree which my cat loves and was good value for money and easy to assemble. The only downside of the whole experience was the delivery service Costway used to deliver the product. I was home all day and the courier never run the door bell to let me know they were delivering the product and simply left the package outside. I live in a big apartment building with multiple entrances and also a lot of people in the area, so leaving the package outside of the building rather than in the lobby meant anyone passing by the building could've simply taken the package.

The product is great and the purchase transaction was smooth however upon delivery the driver was not keen on delivering my item. He made an excuse that it was too heavy and that my apartment concierge would not accept the parcel. I had to confirm with concierge and call the driver out for him to return back to my apartment to deliver my item. I hope Costway looks into this as I am sure I am not the only person that has experienced this

Item arrived well within dates specified - thankyou very much, but when I filled out delivery request I asked for the item to be placed on bench in carport ( which would keep it out of view of the street), it was left in carport at front door ( within full view of the street).
The price was so low, I thought there was a good chance it was a scam. So pleased with my product and the speed of delivery. I bought a laptop lectern for my classroom and I'm so happy that I'm sharing the site with my colleagues. Will be buying again.
1 back cushion was missing from the box, purchased 2 ordinary cushions from Bunnings as we couldn't get the same as original. Sent a copy of the receit, they are reimburse us the money for them.
