Was fast and easy to with the paperwork. I was told by the agent that if I purchased the insurance for $17.99, that if something happened that I could buy the insurance and replacement wouldn't cost anything
Best service from Mr. Peter ( Technician) from "SAT WAY INC" he is the best. He offered to come to my house two days earlier after two disappointments from two other service provider and because I told him that I wasn't going to be home on the schedule day, and he didn't complain that it was late in the evening and almost two hours drive, and Mr. Peter, was very understanding, effective, outstanding, outgoing, social, very respectful and very clean and went over and above, a great guy, and family man.
I wasn't able to receive my voicemails. Chat with Ebony was great. Ebony was very patience and assured me that I was doing great. (I'm a senior citizen that has limited knowledge to all of this new tech.) Able to resolve issues timely.

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
