Awesome Customer Service

I never look forward to dealing with customer service. They deal with pissed off people all day and it is hard to stay happy when that is the case. But Rolando was amazing. He took care of all of my issues and was easy to talk to. Gives me renewed hope!

It really was worth the investment. Playing live gigs has pitfalls and the lady who helped me with my claim couldn't have been nicer and more understanding. Two days from when I shipped back my damaged instrument and I already received my e-Gift Card for use at Guitar Center.

Why is the process so time consuming?

I would much rather submit a form request and wait for an email response rather than have to enter all of my information and then talk to a representative who then I have to give the information to a second time.

We experienced noise problems with our new washer during spinning cycle and Asurion was assigned by Samsung to fix this problem.
The technician, Rob was his name, arrived at confirmed time asked a couple of questions and went to work. He quickly analyzed the problem found the issue casing the noise and fixed it! Excellent technician and excellent service from Asurion.

Asurion works!

Bought a cordless vac from Amazon. Obviously from China. It worked very well for a little more than a year when the roller brush wore out, and now nearly 2 years after purchase the battery is losing charge. I would have paid for a new roller brush but when I inquired via the seller's customer service I discovered the product was obsolete AND HAD BEEN WHEN I BOUGHT THE PRODUCT with nothing said. There response was I should buy one of their other vaccums. Not a chance. So I can't get a new roller brush or battery for the obsolete product. BUT... I purchased 3 yrs of Asurion insurance from Amazon when I bought the vac. When I contacted Asurion I had little expectation of anything other than MAYBE my insurance charge refunded. Nope. They honored the agreement and refunded the entire purchase price. Hopefully they will inform Amazon and they will ban this seller/manufacturer from selling on their website. Any major purchase from now on will include insurance, assuming it's Asurion.

I usually buy Asurion protection on all major products purchased from Amazon. Today, I had to file a claim regarding one of those products. The agent who handled my online chat was Maria. Her service was pleasant, patient, and exceptional. People like Maria help to make companies successful. My claim was handled expediently and successfully. I will continue to purchase Asurion coverage on all my major Amazon products.
