I have an Ipad cracked screen and I had to file a claim twice. Now filing my 3rd one. The first 2 were denied because of "The information on your claim does not match the contact information on your account"
However they just send you an email (which you cannot respond to) without the exact information not matching or without them trying to contact you and correct the information. So it's been now 11 days and still my Ipad isn't fixed and I have to waste more time calling them, explaining the whole situation and them telling me to file yet another claim... and them guessing if maybe a name was misspelled.
Really annoying. As soon as I fix this I am cancelling this stupid service. They eagerly charge me every month for more than a year but as soon as I file my 1sdt claim, this happens.

The back glass on my phone had shattered and i had looked into a phone repair store to replace it. They all said a crazy amount and time frame. With Asurin i was able to file a claim for a replacement easy and will get it in the same time frame.
After dropping my phone i filed a claim with ASSurion. It began by them denying my claim, to get it re-reviewed they then wanted me to wait 30 days. Next they ask for pictures, which i sent, next they want proof of purchase, next they want more pictures. It just keeps on and on. Finally they agree its a covered event and want me to pay the deductible ($99) which i do. The next step is they will send me a shipping label. So far i have received 3 separate e-mail links to a supposed shipping label that does not exist. I have asked for the mailing address so i can mail the phone myself. They refuse to do this. Its a scam guys.
My overall experience was phenomenal. I had a scheduled appointment between 1-3pm. But Henry came a little early. I didn't mind though. He made sure I understood what he was about to do. He was very polite and professional. And overall my battery was replaced with damage done to my iPhone.
I paid $15 a month for insurance on my husband's iPhone 6s because he is in construction and is hard on his phone. Sure enough his phone died and we had to use the insurance. The deductible was $168.00 for a 6s 128GB. The same exact phone was $164.00 at Walmart. When I first called their customer service the girl was really rude and hung up on me. I called back and told the second girl I spoke to that there must be a mistake on the deductible. At least she was willing to look into it but came back and said there was no mistake and there was nothing they could do. Don't waste your money on this insurance, you'll only wind up paying the price of the replacement phone in addition to your monthly premium.

My phone was malfunctioning, it wasn't my fault. A line was coming down the screen & it would freeze up. After speaking with Asurion, I got a ticket number & my phone was replaced in 24 hours. Then I received follow up correspondence to ensure I was satisfied.
You just call asurion or use the app to start your claim. Then like a day and ¹/² went by and I received my new phone. All I had to do was put sim card in and go. Everything you need to send your old phone back is right there with the new phone.

Have a defective charge controller, ruined a pair of MK Gel Cell 12volt batteries, and they go to my power wheelchair... NOT GOOD. After some bouncing around over mfg warranty(expired 6 mos ago)(one asurion worker said it was still active)I found it wasn't and initiated process a second time. They finally came through, getting a refund by gift card to get another when I ship the old one back to them. The employee I dealt with today was Very professional and had things sorted out quickly.
I was filing a claim to repair my iPhone 11 screen and the AT&T website was very simple to understand and execute the claim. This has been the easiest website to navigate that I have used in many years. Well done AT&T for making your customer support applications very easy to navigate.
Company doesn't give any directions when filing claim that you need to return the damaged device. I found this out on my own when I noticed two tracking numbers... one for the replacement device and one for the device that needs to be returned. I had to call to find out that they send you directions with the replacement device on how to return the old device. I used both online services, and called on phone and was never made aware that the old device would have to be returned. I'm glad I noticed that and called to find out it had to be returned before disposing of the damaged device. I'm sure they minimize that part so that they are able to charge you for the full amount of the device, in my case, $745.00. Unreal! SMH.
Assurion sent me an email prompting me to rate the battery life in my phone. Once it was complete I was prompted to set up an appointment to have my battery replaced with no deductible. It was quick, easy, and satisfying!
Bought a Samsung TV and got the extra insurance through asuncion. Went to file a claim when had just lines coming across the screen. Three weeks later still trying to get someone to fix it, still no one, after that the Tv went black. Called them again they said needed more info, sent invoice and a copy of insurance coverage they said they couldn't except that and denied my claim, will never buy thr extra insurance again, and will tell everyone I know never to buy it. Very poor service I wouldn't even give them 1 star.
My new phone was delivered to my home by a technician who set up the phone and transferred the data on the spot. What a surprise! I didn't have to go to the service center and wait in line - it was all done in less than 20 mintues at my house. The young man was patient, knowledgeable and efficient. The whole process was done in less than 24 hours. Well done!
I bought a laptop in 2020 & purchased the protection plan and it covered spills. We all know how often that can happen. I contacted them through my Amaz acct in chat & my problem as handled in as little as 10 minutes of that. Everything will be fixed at no cost to me. I purchased a powerwheel GMC truck from manufactured by Costzon on Amazon.com and the truck stopped taking a charge and the shifting lever broke off. I reached out to Asurion and Ms. Ellen the customer service representative was fabulous. She was extremely professional, courteous and made the entire process painless. We paid $450.00 for this toy and our little 3 year was bummed when it broke, but Asurion made my little guy smile by providing a gift card to replace the broken item.
I dropped my new FLIPZ and it jammed, unable to open my flip phone. Tried to resolve at local US Cellular Store but they referred to online. I am extremely satisfied with the ease of filing a claim and appreciate the expedited system.
Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
