You can not speak to a human, I gave up holding after spending 10 minutes searching for a contact number, then 20 minutes holding. Companies like this should not get away with taking your money hassle free, then make it impossible to speak to anybody regarding your order . It tells you a lot about ASSOS'S company ethos or lack the lack of it! unless you want to take the risk try and buy your item else where with companies that do have a decent customer service where you can speak to a human!
