Based on my experience I have doubts theirs writers are high school graduated, as they are unable to understand the difference between organization and association. Extremely low quality! Customer service team wasting your time and calling in inappropriate hours(again obviously it's too difficult to understand the time zones etc). Maybe for primary school they can provide some help but definitely that's the maximum.
