I set up an appointment for a 1 tooth extraction, hoping it wouldn't cost any more than 200.00 (two hundred) I got to the appointment a few minutes early. When the assistant called my name I followed her in and I was forced to get a whole mouth xray at extensive lengths. I didn't see the point. It's just one tooth ( 1) tooth i need extracted. When finished,
I thought they were taking me to another room where the dentist was.
They took me to their FINANCIAL DEPARTMENT because it is set up as a loan company with a dental practice on the side
The financial person explained to me the procedures they wanted to perform on me would come to 8,300.00!
OMG, i only want a tooth extraction, im NOT paying 8 thousand dollars
FOR A SIMPLE TOOTH EXTRACTION, ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND?
I never went back
It's all a scam
It is a financial loan company with a bogus dental side hassle to make money off you

Zero stars
November 27, 2023

I had an appointment with Aspen Dental today and I am throughly disgusted. My appointment was at 11:00 and at 12:15 I was still waiting to be called back. The waiting room had been cleared out as I watched the 3-4 people who were before me come and go. A man walked in about 12:00 and within 10 minute he was called back. I waited until about 12;15 and finally told the receptionist that I was not going to wait any longer, this was after I saw them coming in with Cracker Barrel sacks full of food. This is no way to run a business and I will not go back.

I had an existing implant that was loose while I was traveling. Aspen Dental was the only office I could find that would take an emergency patient. Instead of just pulling the existing implant and referring me to my trusted dentist at home, they harassed me into getting a new implant. $4000 later it was deemed to be unnecessary by my local surgeon and the implant was the wrong size. Also when I was rinsing, the water lines had not been cleared and I received a mouth full of chlorine. Do not use Aspen Dental. You will be sorry. When I wrote a private review outlining my concerns, they were ignored.

BEWARE!
November 13, 2023

Very poor office staff and customer service. Problems with speaking to anyone asked to leave a message and no return back calls. Call customer service... they try to call the office they cant get a answer, and say leave a message they will call back NO CALL BACK. My issue was I had a reaction to the denture material, so I had to return them, oh yes Guarantee...Joke by the time they take off dedutions I should get back almost half. Was told 3-5 bussiness days for refund. Its over 3 weeks still no $ Called to ask? No one knows the answer why no refund. Called customer service again was told my $ will be refunded asked again what is the reason for the delay, still no answer. I then request to speak to a supervisor. Sorry no one is available, I would not recomend Eau Claire Wi office to anyone.

Scammers and Fraudsters
November 9, 2023

Went in with tooth pain. Ended up with xrays, etc being done, then dentist looked at my mouth and did nothing about my tooth pain but put me on an antibiotic. Then said I needed dentures- full set. Needed all my teeth pulled. Went to the finance person at the office same day, ended up with needing over $24,000, and thats after my insurance paying $6800 to them for this work. Signed the financing, then thought it over and all of this was a Friday. The very next Tuesday I called the office and spoke to the finance person in the office and cancelled my appts and told her to cancel the loan as well. It clearly states on their website you have 5 days to cancel. I did that! I was told no worries by AspenDental. No services were performed by AspenDental but they got a check from the finance company LendingClub for the $24,000 in advance. I am now fighting with LendingClub as they got $14,000 back from AspenDental. I said where in the hell is the $10,000 plus they still need to send back to LendingClub. I was told by LendingClub they now had to get an itemized statement from AspenDental but I needed to pay on my loan as it will hurt my credit- NOT GOING TO HAPPEN! I have been trying to get this resolved since beginning of October 2023 and no luck. Now I have a new account on my credit report that I will have to dispute as no services were ever rendered outside of what my insurance paid for xrays (day of first visit). DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY...RUN FAR AWAY. They are crooks and this is bad bad business.

Do not go to Aspen dental in Morris Illinois. They don't know how to make denture plates, I've had 2 teeth that fell out of my top plate already. I haven't even had him for a year. They don't give your money back if you're not satisfied. They make up an excuse that. The computer is being switched over and they'll have to do a lot of digging into it to find what date and how long you had. I never got my money back. I hate that place I hate that Hindu Dennis girl. She'll lie to you.

No quality of life now
November 3, 2023

They have ruined my life do not under any circumstances go to Aspen Dental. I've called them and written reviews about how bad they are with no response. If you don't care about eating, then go to these people I've lost 26 pounds because of my dentures. I go through a tube of Poligrip a week that's six dollars a week and I've been doing that now ever since I went to them and that's been a year and a half. If you don't mind spending all your money on something, you don't get any satisfaction from then, definitely call Aspen Dental. I can't go through one meal without putting more adhesive on my dentures at least every other bite.

Scam!
November 2, 2023

If I could leave zero stars I would! These people are absolute scam artists! Constantly denied me the regular cleaning that my insurance actually covers, and kept telling me that I need a deep cleaning. Paid the extra out of pocket for a the deep cleaning in May 2023 and was told that an additional cavity removal needed and filling would be fully covered, all to be called in NOVEMBER 2023 and told that my insurance didn't cover it and 400$+ balance owed! Like what? How would you not know at the time that it wouldn't be covered? I'm now starting to doubt I even had a cavity because it was so strange that had gone 32 years with zero cavities ever. They seem to force services on you to make money. Do NOT go here!

I made an appointment with Aspen dental for yesterday at 3:30 indicating I had a broken tooth when I got there I was placed in the chair. I had x-rays and I sat there until 5 o'clock without seeing the dentist or anyone with credentials.

They told me "nothing would happen as they closed at six and all I would get was a treatment plan". Ridiculous

I got up and left because I think sitting in a chair for 2 1/2 hours waiting for a dentist when you're advertising a 25% off sale and I indicated that I had a broken tooth so they knew what was happening coming in is the worst service I could ever expect.

I actually made an appointment with another dentist while I was sitting in the chair indicating broken tooth and I called them to see if they would do something about the tooth while I was sitting in the chair because sitting for that long I had a lot of time to do a lot of paperwork on my own.

This is the Aspen dental on rinehart Road in Sanford and if was evident I'm not important enough to treat just important enough to stick in a chair for a couple hours

This is the worst experience I have ever had at a dental office.

This place over charges for every single service, sticking the consumer with thousands of dollars due. They were closed for several weeks and lost all patient data and financial data. They screw up appointments. Stay away from them, yo, thank you later.

They lied to me
October 19, 2023

For medical reasons, I am only suppose to get a fluoride treatment once a year. When I went to my appointment 10/16/23 I asked if I had gotten fluoride last time. The gal told me no. A few days later while filing my receipt, I discovered I DID get a fluoride treatment last time. I do not appreciate being lied to just so you can get a more money from me. That was a sleazy thing to do and I will never trust Aspen Dental again..

Was in the office to have exam and x-rays. They told me work needs to be done. I presented them with the 20% off coupon online. They told me they do not know anything about it and will not honor it and try to charge me outrageous prices.

Terrible Service
October 19, 2023

I had made an appointment with Aspen Dental because they said they had Saturday hours. I had several appointments due to work needed on teeth. I paid over $3000.00 out of my pocket with insurance. From day one I complained that bridge felt loose. They said it was good. After completing all teeth work. Couple months later bridge came out. After 3 attempts of calling and trying to get appointment to glue back in. Nobody would call me back for appointments. So I had to go to another Dentist to have them cement back in and spend another $130.00 female manager was rude and never called for appointments. Very dissatisfied would never go back. This place is a scam. They do a free exam of your mouth then send you to their sales staff who try to get you to spend tens of thousands of dollars. Of course they have financing partners and they're going to recommend the most expensive options for each procedure. I said no to everything except the crown I needed.

I made an appointment for a crown. I got checked in and they promptly got me in the chair. The doctor came in and gave me a shot to numb my mouth then she disappeared. My mouth went numb and no one ever came back. After an hour my mouth started to no longer be numb and at that point I decided this was too sketchy and I needed to get out of there. As I was walking into the hall the doctor shows up and asked where I was going. I told her she was negligent and I was leaving. She said she had been with another patient. I said "yes you were when you had an appointment with me. My mouth is no longer numb and I don't trust you". So I demanded that they refund my money and I left.

Stay away from this place. It's like an assembly line and poorly run.

Aspen Dental did some work last year and everything was fine. I have had some issues this year and have tried to make appointments with them. Each time they said it would be 3 weeks before they could see me, this was an emergency. Once was a broken tooth. The last experience I have had with Aspen Dental has been in September 23. I have something going on with my teeth and great pain. They have rescheduled my appointment two times. They just don't seem to want to help me.
