Even though MS caused the problem by pushing me to another site to sll me Outlook 365 it was well worth $5 to get my Hotmail account I have used for decades working again. You need to come up with a method of calling people on land line phones as not everyone has a cell phone. Fortunately my caregiver let me use his and it worked even though cell phone service is spotty in rural areas away from big cities. Also, AI is not our friend. Our society if forgetting how to converse with one another and we are becoming servants of the machine instead of the other way around. You know what I am speaking about.
I put everyone I talked to on alert due to the time frame I am working with. Leaving on vacation for an extended period of time made this a rush issue. Your services helped me through the additional stress I was feeling.

Would give a 0 rating if possible. Technician took many times longer to respond than indicated. They responded only after problem was resolved and the information given was incorrect.

The technician did a very fine job trying to help me out to get what I wanted but unfortunately through no fault of his own he wasn't able to do so so you know I thanked him for that you can't do what isn't there and he he most certainly tried so yeah I just too bad I couldn't get something worked out happens sometimes
Divyansh did an incredible job at helping me to get me back into my yahoo main account and all through sending me a tech number where an awesome lady MJ was able to work with me to help me get back into my account! Received recorded phone messages, saying that my data had been compromised and that I would receive a code to enter to prevent that from happening.
My 'Tech' was Rei. Incredible patience exhibited with this 78 yr old in solving my printer connection problem. Rudimentary computer skills/knowledge on my part, but successful with detailed instructions I could follow. Mile Gracie!

I have been waiting since September 1st for my delayed package, and was told I would need to pick it up at JFK, which is 2,000 miles away. I paid to speak with support, but the representative only repeated questions I had already answered, then disconnected the call twice without providing any resolution. When I explained my distance from JFK, the call was ended again. I paid for this service and still have no update on my package. I am requesting a full refund for both the package and the service.
And the only thing they do is call back and hang up
Call Uber to find out what time my legacy pie order was going to be delivered to me in Lakewood Colorado today. She sent me over to just answer and found out I had was joining it and being charged had no interest in joining JUST ANSWER. I didn't have to take the time to cancel my membership and hoping that the woman who told me I would get refunded for my initial membership was correct. What an incredible waste of time and mess.
Nathan was very pleasant, took his time and knew exactly what he was doing to solve my problems. He then went back and double checked what had been done to make sure everything worked exactly as it should.

I just object on Microsoft, they must not link a new account directly to a paid Onedrive and making it very difficult to find out how to disconnect the laptop from the Onedrive. It is upsetting from the side of Microsoft.
The agent was very helpful with her assistance and continued support for my situation. I wish that happened more often at "customer support" sites.
