Been having trouble starting new outlook for months and he did it in under 10mins. Microsoft 365 has not been a big hit with me.

Carl was beyond helpful. We cannot afford the 49 dollars a month to ask questions about problems I will not have every month. The price for this help is beyond ridiculous!

Not receiving emails... don't remember PW, and multiple attempts to retrieve it were unsuccessful! Joseph was very kind and patient, and gave me another contact number that might be able to assist me!

He talked me thru what I needed to do to update my payment for Hulu $3.19. I was originally charged I believe $59.00. I hope you credited that back to my account!

So far things are working too soon to tell. It will take some time to see if my data is deleted or not.
