The tech was very nice, understood my issue. Unfortunately, I need to have a service tech come to the house.

My DIRECTV box suddenly stopped working. I contacted DIRECTV and they got me in touch with the chat form. I then remove the card from the box and reinserted it, and that seemed to fix the problem so I didn't need assistance from the tech people.
Tech help resolved the issue, however the challenge was understanding the guy. US domestic customers should be able to get service from people who speak English instead of having to ask for clarification of what was said.

Support was excellent. My problem is deep software issue that will require a hammer and chisel to fix.
I was trying to learn the setting software of a new laptop that was complicated by the addition of a Norton suite package. I could not find how to get the camera and microphone to work past the protections of first the laptop, and then the Norton suite. The technician know exactly what to do and guided me through it in about 10 minutes after I had spent over five hours trying to find the solution myself through the settings menus on both the computer and the Norton package. I was not expecting to approve of buying from just answer, but given my frustration level and the amount of time that I put in finding no solution, I think it was worth it.

Could not get past MS connect to WI FI. Tech had me reboot my router. After rebooting router there was a WI FI listed as hidden network where I was able to put in my WI FI name and it connected. My WI FI was at the top of the list but would not connect, I had to use the hidden network where login. After connecting the MS updates ran and the computer started.
