Correction of problem at a cost of $5.00 was reasonable. The attempt to automatically enroll me for a monthly fee of $48.00 was immediately flagged by my credit card company; hence the reason for rejecting that charge for an ongoing service I would not need.
The face of the hub turned black and I couldn't connect. I purchased another unit which I use daily. I kept the old one, thinking one day... well that day came yesterday when I contacted the support group. After, about an hour, Rollan was able to connect my old one and it works perfectly. Being an older adult, I am not very techy, but with his help, it works great. Thank you, Rollan.

My questions were not answered. I was basically told to find a Microsoft or Mac computer to add captions to photos in a scholarly document. I only have access to an iPad Pro. I have used the Word app historically and was able to add photos with captions. Word 365 is not working for me.
