The expert from Just Answers was sent from HP to fix my new printer. He fixed the problem by using my laptop remotely, and fixed the printer from overseas! Very patient expert. I highly recommend using Just Answers.
I hope when I get more familiar with this product, I'll like it more. For now, it's quite confusing trying to locate documents created prior to purchasing the plan, and even after. I may need to call for more assistance. My recent call with an expert was VERY helpful regarding installation issues. With more practice, I should be able to overcome this other issue, but time will tell. Thank you for having "live" technicians to contact!

Order ID: *******-750: I was sent to "Just Answer" from a T-mobile chat. There was a few-week issue with sending text messages to Android phones ("Not Delivered!) Justin advised that my calls were being blocked, and that was his solution. This was unsatisfactory. I called T-Mobile tech support, and it was discovered that my Roaming was on, and the phone needed to be reset. This worked. Please do not charge me for your Just Answer service, which was not helpful and was abrupt.
They keep sending emails that my account was behind and they were going to close it. My History said that account did not needed to be renewed till September 6. They keep sending texts every day.You guys were great in helping me out Thanks
I had a problem with a data line. No response from anyone. No indication of when I would have a response, let alone repair the problem. All in all, this service is worthless.
Someone was to call me on phone. After over 1 hour, got no call. Paid $5.00 for the service for which I was supposed to be reimbursed.
The technician was polite and gave me a number to call. The first 2 calls were ads fo panic buttons (which I already have), the next 2 left a message that that number is not available from my area.

The IT help was very competent and fast--excellent work. My system crashed after a problem with Outlook syncing. A work around has been installed but more cleanup is required.

I needed help to change my password for a streaming service and update their payment card. I was able to so just that because I was walked thru it all the way
Moved my HP Envy 6400 series printer to a new network. Printer would not recognize any other network no matter if I followed HP Smart direction. Paid a $5 fee to connect with a technician. He was in India and was very knowledgeable. He walked me through exactly what I needed to do, didn't rush me. Guided me with helpful hints on how to get both my Apple computer as well as my iPhone to reconfigure the printer to recognize and begin printing on new network. He was excellent
My phone was here but I couldn't find it. Your tech helped me reset my password with Apple to locate it.
