Lots of questions from technicians No answers. I can't believe Nexflix has contracted with this service or if this is a scam company that attached themselves to the Netflix website. I finally discontinued trying to work with the ASKtech company and fixed my problem myself. HOW FRUSTRATING!
I happened to Google a question. This website comes up presenting itself as a potential lifesaver. I ask my question, the 'Pearl Chatbot' directs my question to an "expert" (or lack thereof), prompts an AUD8 one-time refundable joining fee only to find that I was again charged AUD69 for a membership that was never mentioned during the initial conversation with the said Chatbot. Now this unwanted membership comes with automatic billing every end month. I've disputed the charge, cancelled that unwanted membership and unsubscribed from all their emails. I think the way they make people sign up with them is quite slimy and deceitful. Still waiting for my refund from them although i'm not holding my breath and have decided to take it up with my bank instead. PSA: Avoid this site if it comes up to your google search results. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!
I was very pleased with the assistance I received. Tech was knowledgeable and able to solve my problem completely.
Got transferred here from Visible phone service and was told $5.00 refundable charge then got charged $53.00 When I was transferred I thought I was waiting to talk to tracfone. Instead it is someone telling me to call tracfone and gave me a number I found myself on google. Stated wanted membership cancelled which was done immediately but no mention of returning my money.
I had a problem with my TV, Finally got connected with the technician. We went through a few things and got it to work. Now, a few hours later, it i s not working again. The picture comes on for the DVR but no sound but not able to get up a channel.
Your man took care of me with superior quality and help. Very seldom do I find such fine service and help.

He gave me both a printed one page PDF checklist and a small printout that will fit on a business card.
This will allow me to not only prevent the problem, but if I do make a mistake and get the problem,

My tech did an amazing job assisting me with my issue. He directed me to the proper department for my return. I wish all customer support were as understanding and cooperative as him.
This relates to EZPASSNJ - wait time to talk with a rep. Is unacceptable. Trying to get answers on line doesn't help and results in unexpected charges, i. E. $80.00 & $5.00. Which I will not pay. They should be reversed from my credit card.
Although issue is not fixed, I now know what to do to get this issue realized.

I called Just Answer requesting assistance to change a password. I was told it would take about 4 minutes. I got frustrated after 30 min and no call. Meanwhile, I saw that I had to pay $5, which was initially OK. When I decided to cancel due to lack of response, I saw that the bill was actually $48/year. No one told me about an annual fee. I decided to opt out of this. Funding requirements should be stated up front.
I tried to get a live lawyer, but it was no good. I gave them a phone number, and they stated the number was unreachable. So, I called the number the lawyer called from and was told my account was cancelled. I want my credit card reimbursed.

They took my money without telling me I was signing up for something. Being on disability on the low end. 50$+ is a few days worth of food to me
I now have a problem connecting Priime on our bedroom TV but that had nothing to do with what was already connected.
This website is a scam. I will never buy anything off of the internet again unless I know where it is coming from! Terrible to deceive people and take their money. I am ashamed of myself for being vulnerable to this.
Excellent support service once I was able to reach a technician. I must say; however, Microsoft is very difficult to deal with when a sign in does not fit your canned responses. Terrible! After finding "help.microsoft.com" I was able to resolve my problem. This aspect was very bad, but once I did reach support it was excellent.
It's a scam after taking my $53. After waiting for 90 minutes for them to call. I got a message stating "they have no tech available ". Now I gotta figure out how to get my money back.
My issue was a continuous blinking green light from the Storm Ready Extender. This light didn't appear prior to my recent addition of Ethernet to the Gateway Modem and Storm Ready Extender. The Expert Tech, after asking pertinet questions about my Wifi/ Internet performance explained that the blinking green light is an indication of Ethernet Backhaul.
The Tech was thorough with his explanations and patient with my many questions. My experience with AskTechSupport was very satisfying.
