I ordered 14 items and their website promised 2-3 days shipping. 12 days passed and nothing was shipped despite 3 emails from me asking them what happened - they never responded. I checked the order again and 11 items were out of stock! So I asked them to cancel the whole order. Again they never responded and shipped 3 items anyway.
There was $109 balance so I submitted refund request, there was an automated email saying they would refund me via PayPal in 1-2 days. 10 days later I've got no refund and all emails or chat attempts were in vain.
They simply took the money. DON'T EVER BUY FROM THEM. I have reported them to PayPal

This website has cheated me like anything. I have bought 6 pieces and made payment 5600/- rupees including shipping charges.

When the delivery came to home they are asking to pay 1700/- rupees extra for customs. Which I rejected to pay. Then I contacted the support and was discussing about customs amount, which I am not willing to pay. But some how they told that I need to pay to get the products.

When I finally agreed to pay the customs amount also and called the courier team back, they told that they have destroyed the items as they got the instructions from company (website team).

Don't ever ever buy any thing from this website... Please there are plenty of other websites to buy. Don't ever buy from this.

I completed 22 orders from AFW and have minor complaints to some items but overall their dress, shoes and bags are good. The shoes in particular are very comfy. I do not have the comparison between the picture and the actual item but 1 thing I can say is that they're not scam. I got the right service when I contact their support team. I think the only problem is the shipping line. It's WAAAAYYY expensive. So if you plan to buy stuff from them, make sure to purchase in bulk.

I'm a satisfied customer on my 3 last order with them, but unfortunately that thing changed! On my 4th order and definitely my last transaction with them they make my head boil! Here's the story: In my recent order one of their customer service representative name HILL changed my chosen courier without informing me. Because of that this problem arise, the courier he replaced to my chosen courier asked me to pay for taxes that I am not willing to pay because I already paid a lot for their delivery cost! And on my first 3 orders with the courier I chose that never happened, they delivered my orders on time without paying anything so in this last order I still chose them to deliver my item but because of someone name HILL I have to pay that taxes that is the same cost as my order! And now I'm trying to contact this guy named HILL for clarification but for 2 days I still got no response from him!

I bought quite a lot of clothes from AFW some years back worth $145. They mistakenly sent my purchases to the wrong customer.

I never got my items or money back. I did try to contact the agent and other customer. They denied receiving anything. I don't know who is to be blamed. I've definitely stopped buying from them. Poor quality goods and service.

I just was looking for another company in China after 3 years making business with Asian Wholesale not because my experience was bad, absolutely not everything was perfect but communication with customer service was good, I always got my stuff with DHL or Fedex on time about 7 days. I needed another company because they do not have a big beachwear collection my main product for sale. That is why after reading reviews for other companies like dresslink, dear-lover, Moonosa, I said to myself I have to write a review Asian give you the opportunity to choose stars products 1 star till 5 I always bought 4 or 5 not complain and my customers happy too. I high recommend this one I bought the same Casuldress from Asia and for dresslink and guess what, the difference was big I couldn't sell the one from dresslink I gave away. Now for beachwear dresslink.

International shipping is too pricey.

They were having a sale, and I ordered a jumper for $8. I went through the process of buying my item, only to then come across the shipping expense—$48! How is this even remotely fair for customers? They have cheap clothing, but the end amount isn't cheap when you include the ridiculous shipping rate. How can they ask customers to pay more for shipping than the actual product? The jumper was only $8, but I had to pay $40 to ship? No way.

It would have been fine if it was the other way around, it'd have made more sense, and it'd be worth my money. What they do, is like going to a bakery and asking for a $3 pie and then having to pay triple that for them to put in a paper bag.

This is my third time ordering from AFW and i will continue my support for them:)
Their service is very efficient, I thought that as they had a pretty long break for Chinese new year, it would understandably take them a few days to process my orders. But they processed my order much faster than I expected.
All 13 items I ordered came in, in the right size, product and colors.
Most products look almost identical to the pictures on their site, but I've got no issue with an slight variance. And the quality was not bad. This is especially so for the price.
I really believe you pay what you get for. So for the price, don't expect too much. But to me, for the price i paid for, the products are AMAZING :)

I've ordered two pair of shoes from Asia Fashion Wholesale shopping site. They deducted my money but no shipping. After several days asia fashion team told me that they were not reaceiving any money from me. In this online shop we can't order any product without cutting money from us. I've shown them my transaction for prove. But they are not response to my complain. I think this is the most worse Online shopping site ever in this universe.

They are completely scammer and fraud!
I order an expensive bag but they send me a completely different bag.
They send me the wrong item which is far cheaper than what I ordered.
I asked them to send my bag but they refuse.
They don`t want to refund my money.
They don`t even said sorry!
They even have the courage asked me to send the wrong bag again to China for nothing.
Whoa...
What a scammer!
Don`t buy from this website if you don`t want to receive items that you never order.
