I have recently placed and order and over 10 days ago and to this day there has been no communication with their support staff. Is there no chat facility for support?

I have not received my parcel. And its been almost a month. It was birthday gift for someone and its really not the way to provide service. I will suggest everyone not to shop again from asiafashionwholleser
