I will keep you posted but have had to log a dispute via paypal as there is no response from e-mail address. It is also past the date of arrival.

That case seems helpless. They have live chat on their website but goodluck if they will give you the answer that you want. I'm trying to contact one of their customer representativeservice for 2 days now but still got no response.
