This company started well when my order was first placed on October 23rd. Since then my purchase has been in the same state (leaving china) they don't answer your email mails or your messages on Facebook (well 1 in 8 messages the answer). "Bob" who seems to be the only employee responds with one of two replies. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER!
My order took a while to get delivered. I was getting concerned and contacted customer service. I was emailed right away from a very nice man named Bob. He kept in contact with me until my order arrived. Great customer service. Thanks Bob
I bought a key ring. Was really pretty and I was happy to receive it. It broke off about only two days of having it and got lost. I contacted the customer service who offered to send a new one only if I buy something else as well! What a joke! Never again!

It took extremely long ( 2 month) I must say to get the product, I already claimed by paypal, but suddenly it arrived and I must say it is very nice, very good quality (2 bracellets) and I am very happy about it! I do recommend this shop. However suggestion to the shop: please communicate when you see that its taking so long... but I am happy... RECOMMENDED!
My only concern was the time it took to reach me in South Africa.
Other than that, the service and response to my queries were prompt and informative, my purchase was exactly as it looked in the pictures advertised and I absolutely love it! Thank you.
Clicked a link on facebook for Sports T-Shirts, which took me to an online sports gear shop. Ordered a couple of shirts, paid with Paypal.
No order confirmation or other email from the site.
A couple of weeks later, still no delivery. Info on paypal was for: Merchant

Emailed the contact details on the paypal nfo with the full paypal transaction details. Got a replu from "Bob (Ashley Jewels) <*******@ashleyjewels.com> via zendesk.com". Saying that they were a jewellery site and didnt identify order from the paypal transaction details. When I Googles, plenty of sites out there saying they are Scammers and orders went unfulfilled and no responses after an initial reply from Bob!
The first order i placed came through fine so ordered again, it never arrived, after getting in touch en getting BOB answers i finally made a claim through Pay Pal en im happy to say i got my money back. NO i would NEVER recommend this company.
Have ordered many pieces from them and I am very satisfied.
Their pieces are beautiful!

Ordered and paid for 3 watches. Watches received were same as description /photos on site. Also received a gift and a voucher for discount on next order.
The only downside of order was that it took 2 months for delivery - but on the upside at least I now know how long it takes so can plan better if ordering again.
I ordered a ring from Ashley Jewels partly because my sister had had a good experience with them. Order placed 5/9/16, eventually received ring on 22/9/16 after two emails chasing them up, which were responded to by 'Bob assistant 01' and Bob assistant 02'. (It seems all their assistants are called Bob!) I had not realised it would be coming from China and even translating the tracking info into English was very unclear. Don't think I would buy from them again although product is fine.
I purchased a pendant and a necklace and they are simply lovely!
I bought a present for my sister for her birthday and didn't get anything. I've Tried to send e-mails and received one back from BOB- ASSISTANT N. 03 saying:
"We are so sorry about we do not send your order as promptly as you expected.
We experienced an unusually large number of orders, which disrupted our normal delivery schedule.
We will arrange the shipment ASAP.
Thank u for your understanding in advance.
In order to compensate you for this issue, please find the below coupon code which will give you 15% for your next order."
Nothing has changed since then - almost 16 days after my order was placed. They even blocked me from their Facebook page after several complaints. Lost my money and got really upset for nothing. DON'T BUY FROM THEM, IT IS A SCAM!
P.S.: lots of other people fell for it because of a Facebook ad. Is there any way we can talk to Facebook about it?
Just as the product looks and is described. They're so cute and better quality than I expected. I'd buy them again without hesitation.
This company has clearly ripped off Be Bangles with their 'Shiniest $#*!ing Unicorn In The Room' Design and seems to have also ripped off UberKates designs also. If you've got ethics and moral standards and want to support business who support one another, don't buy from this company. They're a stain on the industry.
The bracelet is beautiful! It arrived promptly and in a nice jewelry box. I got lots of compliments. Love it! Very like! Great seller.
Lovely ring! You cannot expect a luxury looking ring at this price, but it looks good enough. I highly recommend it. And true to size.
