I have ordered a present on the 28th of November. Still haven't received anything. I have tried to contact Ashley Jewels via email and Facebook. Nobody is replying. The money was directly taken out of my account the minute I placed the order. I advice people to not order from this website. I am so disappointed as I wasn't able to give my order as a present to my mother. I don't have any hope that my order will ever be delivered. The worst thing is that my messages don't get any replies. I get if there might be a problem or that too many people are ordering these items, but don't ignore our messages.
Is my order coming from China? You need to advise of that fact on your website.

I excitedly ordered items well in advance of Christmas and a week before Christmas nothing has arrived. I got a vague excuse about customs and what seems to be a bogus tracking number. Seriously concerned about the elephants welfare if this is how they operate. Never again.
I ordered Christmas presents 6 weeks ago, today is Dec 18th, and I have not received them. I can't even contact this people, pissed.

I ordered on 11/20/16. The tracking slip says it shipped 11/26 but it is now 12/20/16 and I still have not received anything or been able to get info from the company. Don't waste your money!
I ordered Christmas gifts on 6th November and they STILL haven't left China. Not a chance that they will arrive by Christmas. This company are a bunch of "rip off merchants" and a complete waste of time and money. I wouldn't touch them again with a ten foot barge pole. Avoid at all costs!
I ordered $50AUD worth of items early November and have no idea where they are. The tracking site is Chinese and impossible to decipher and make contact with. Ashley Jewels refuse to respond to my messages on messenger, but continue to send me spam advertising. Emails go unanswered and even a request for a review which I wrote and gave a single star has gone unacknowledged. CAN SOMEONE HELP ME?! I want to know if the gifts will turn up before xmas or do I have to go and buy something else from a reliable seller?
Like a few others who reviewed this site, I ordered something and was told it shipped. I received very odd-looking tracking info that came 2 days after the order that was not updated after that. It's been over 4 weeks and nothing. No updates to the tracking information, no responses to my repeated emails and messages. Only an automated message that says it's being reviewed. Additionally, it seems that it was coming from China which was not disclosed on the site. All of this with a promise on the site that says it will ship in 24 hours. I will never order from them again.
Received my bracelets. They're beautifully made, wonderful packaging and the communication was second to none. Will definitely buy from them again.

Like another customer, I ordered the watches in November and the money was immediately taken out of my PayPal account. They arrived yesterday - 9th December! I'm having so much trouble with delivery from items advertised on Facebook that I won't be ordering anything again! I am pleased with the watches, but waiting 2 months for delivery is unacceptable, even from China! I like in the UK.

I ordered the beginning of nov, but still not received the item, no replies to my messages and no tracking for the item... i have ordered off them previously back in july and received tracking details straight away with immediate replies to messages. So there is something wrong here
Bought the elephant key chain 5 weeks ago. Payed it via PayPal. Still have not received it, no answer on my emails (sometimes they are coming back, email address not available), the link which they sent me in order to track the shipping was not updated in the last 3 weeks.
My summary: do not purchase anything from Ashley Jewels.
I ordered the monogram bracelet and when it arrived it was too big and wouldn't even stay on my wrist. Was told I couple return it but I'd have to pay for the shipping... to CHINA. Tried to adjust it myself and the piece of crap fell apart. I don't recommend this company to anyone. Crappy everything
Easy ordering process, quick delivery, cute products.
Only problem is... the elephant keychains are supposed to touch trunks with a magnet. The magnets repel instead of attract. T___T
Aside from this, we are both using our keychains and love them. I just hate my elephant going in for a kiss and being rejected!
I was extremely happy with the bracelet I purchased. The quality was excellent, and the company's communication was fabulous. They kept me updated throughout the whole process from ordering to shipping etc.
Will be definitely purchasing from Ashley Jewels again.
I ordered the Elephant keychains from a link on their Facebook page, only to find over a week later, that the gift for my sister was not ordered or shipped. They claimed it was a problem with the "transportation" of the item. They replaced the order, and it's coming from China to the U.S., so it will be even later than expected. I'm beginning to wonder if this company is just one big scam. Hope my credit card info is safe!
I ordered online, and then read the reviews, and thought I may have lost my money (my order was only $20). Ordered on Nov 8th and paid with paypal. I received emails regarding the order and tracking etc throughout the process, item delivered on 22nd Nov (in Australia). Overall very happy.
