I always read reviews before ordering front new websites. Unfortunately, I didn't do this with Ashley Jewelry. I placed my order November 25th, it is now December 29th and I still do not have my order. I looked everywhere for a phone number and couldn't find one. I used the chat and sent a screen shot of my confirmation order. They never responded to the chat! I have now emailed them and waiting on a response from that... so much for my grandmothers Christmas present... :(

Scammers
December 29, 2016

I placed an order at the beginning of November for a Christmas gift. I never received my purchase. There aren't any phone numbers to call so I emailed asking for a refund the second week of December. They emailed back and told me that they couldn't send me a refund but would resend the item. I told them I didn't want the item because Christmas is now over and I replaced the gift with something else. I had to open a case with PayPal and am now waiting on a response. This is horrible. I don't usually order from sites that don't have the proper credentials but the Emoji Charm bracelet was adorable and my daughter is into this Emoji thing right now.

Scam artists

Reported to Facebook but there is no tick box for scammers. Ordered 22nd November and Made multiple complaints and my order remains unfulfilled. Reported to Facebook it they won't do anything and I see they are still posting everyday. If you read this the company goes back to 2015 in terms of complaints. Pay via PayPal at all times on web purchases a real shame because what's being sold looks rally nice and I'm sure people would buy anyway if a legit business... hoe his helps someone

I thought this was a scam, because I read it everywhere. I had to wait for a month, but today they finally arrived. They ship from China, and have to go past customs so it takes a while. I'm pleased with my elephant keychains!

Do NOT purchase from this site! Ordered 3 small items back on November 22nd. Items could be delivered via regular mail as they would fit inside a mail box. These were Christmas gifts. Now past Christmas and still have not received items. Needless to say I had to go and spend more money just to have presents to give. When I contacted Ashley Jewels around mid December, they told me items were in transit and to use a specified tracking number. What crap! That site showed items had been shipped from China (site address shows New York) on December 5th! Site has not been updated since that date 21 days ago! Worse experience ever and will avoid them once (IF?) items are received.

I was charged $30 for two bracelets and a pair of earrings and I never received my order after calling and emailing every person possible. They did not care that I didn't receive my items and they didn't even try to refund me or send me new ones. I called and emailed endless number of times and they don't care, they just stole my money. I don't trust this company and highly recommend that you do not buy from them either.

Don't buy there!

Ordered there 11/07/16 and didn't receive any delivery-information. Wrote and conflict e-mail via paypal on Dec. 10. No reaction via e-mail. Got my items today. The elefant key-chains are not nearly as they were being discribed. Poor material. The rose one is painted, not made from rose-metal as it was shown on the website, when I ordered. Now they have done an update. Because of the high costs, I won't send it back. If I had known they were sending from China, I would never have ordered there.

Terrible turnaround time

I purchased an item December 2nd, it's now December 23rd and I still do not have my item. They had no problems taking the money for the order. I received notification saying it shipped Dec 3rd bit tracking hasn't been updated since the 6th. This place is such a scam

I ordered a bracelet on Dec. 5th. Couldn't check the delivery status until about Dec. 9th. Basically said "Shipping from China.". Still don't have the bracelet. Contacted Ashley Jewels; response reiterated "Shipping from China". Not helpful. Did they put in on the back of a turtle who is SWIMMING from China? It was going to be a Christmas gift... wonder if I'll get it by Valentine's Day... or never?

But they sure didn't have an error taking money out of our Bank Account Did they, Who can we get to do something about this? May be the Postal Inspector. They take your money and never send your orders. You try to contact them and they will not respond. When they finally respond they give you a fake tracking number. I placed a order a month ago and still nothing. I am reporting them.
