I ordered a saw and never received it. It showed a saw but than when l looked at my email it was payed to PayPal but took my money from cashapp. And it said ashleyjewerly, which l didn't order anything from them. Tried to get money back and didn't receive anything back. So Beware they are scamming people

This company just takes your money and it is impossible to contact them. I ordered a gift for a friend that was ill. The gift was never received. I received emails that it was being shipped and a USPS label was issued in Buffalo but item was never received at USPS. Totally a SCAM. The bank will mark this company as fraudulent and I am reporting to BBB, etc. No way to get a refund…

What you see on their website and what you get are two very different items. A nice custom bracelet with engraved names clearly written turns out to be a cheap flimsy band with the thinnest engraving that's hardly legible. Spend a litttle extra and go somewhere else, this is one cheap site not worth the money.

5 weeks after placing order I received half my order which is a very cheap version of what is advertised. Have sent email after email advising I did not receive full order, missing the 2 x ball & crystal anklets. 10 weeks later not a single reply. I WOULD NOT recommend Ashley Jewels to anyone. SCAM

I ordered from here, all the way back in jun maybe even may. And I never receive my rings. So disappointed. Can't even talk to anyone, can't track my package, there phone number is fraudulent they don't reply to your emails. They basically just take your money smh.

I had problems with photos uploading and verification process, which was very long. Then my profile was activated, but blocked in a week. Trust me, I didn't break any rules. The few contacts I had there were lost, but maybe it's for the better. I've never had any problems with my profile on Badoogril.com and other dating sites, so I went back there, actually they have better women and just awesome customer service compared to Benaughty. The only positive moment in my experience with Benaughty was that I haven't spent any money on it, just time.

I got a fake necklace (it looked like a cheap version of the website picture), and they did not have any explanation to why it was fake. They just wanted me to pay for shipping to return it, but I don't trust that I will get my money back either way. I have blocket my credit card just in case. I think this is a scam.

Placed order on 3/17/21, I waited 10 days, nothing. I called twice and was told the items left there store and will be shipped to my address any day. It is now April 05,2021 and still nothing. I called again and was told the items is at their store they're waiting on my double link bracelet. What? They can't give you a straight answer and they can't give you an ETA on what you've paid for. This is not what I expected. I saw pictures and read comments from Facebook. So disappointed.

Feb 10,2021 I ordered 2 pins as gifts as a token of friendship for 2 girl friends. The order was placed and paid for. Late Feb just before I left the area I inquired about the order and was told the pins had not shipped (I needed to give change of delivery address) and I would hear from them when to expect the pins.

As of today, April 1 (no fooling) I have heard nothing. I've attempted another inquiry but don't have good feelings about it. I've asked for a refund and don't have good feelings that I'll receive one. If I don't hear from them within 1 week I'll turn them over to my bank as fraudulent and leave a bad rating on BBB.

So much for leaving a memory to my friends.

Item allegedly shipped from their sister site, Personalized Jewel, two months ago, yet tracking indicates still waiting to receive item from shipper. Their promise to have the item to you in 10 -14 business days is fraudulent and the item is NOT coming from USA, but China. They do not answer emails. I've written three with no response. Their phone number listed on Google is disconnected. If Twitter can shut down Donald Trump's voice, surely Google can protect their users by not allowing these people to advertise and take our hard earned money. But I suppose we're not the elite, so we don't matter to Google!

I bought the sisters pin. The one with the 6 ladies! I have never been so disappointed in my life. I was buying for 6 of my friends, so the purchase was $120.00. It took forever to received and when I tried to find what the status was it came from China when the company said they ship from US. That wasn't the worst when I finally received the product was very disappointing. So small you couldn't even make out the product. Very cheaply made and I am too embarassed to give to my friends the detail of the pin is so poor you can't even tell what it is. Very cheap material made in China. Look lie it should have cost $1.00. This company is a fraud!

I placed an order about a week ago. I tried a couple of hours later to cancel the order because the person I was buying the gift for already had it. When I call, it says it's not a working number. I've emailed three times and still haven't heard back. But the payment processed so apparently my money was taken and they can't even reply or have a way to contact them. Very suspicious. Hopefully my bank can do something. I feel robbed.

I liked it but the chain is lil faded but otherwise it suits most of my dresses. Also it says preferably not to wear it at high temperatures and when you perspire... which is absolutely not possible at my place...

Stones are of good quality, nice look, but not so special(if expecting different and very attractive)... Brilliant stuff for gifting. Comes packed in a nice box with the Swarovski elements card. Nice finish. Really beautiful piece.
