I had a terrible experience with Ashimary Hair and would not recommend purchasing from them. The wig I received was nothing like what was advertised—it was not stretchable, did not fit, and had a synthetic-like texture, despite being advertised as 100% human hair.
When I contacted customer service, they were unhelpful and dismissive, insisting the wig was correct instead of acknowledging the clear misrepresentation. They refused to provide a prepaid return label, forcing me to pay for return shipping even though the issue was their fault. After much back and forth, they only agreed to refund half of my return shipping cost, which is completely unacceptable for a company that claims to value its customers.
To make matters worse, every time I post an honest review about my experience, Ashimary Hair removes it. This shows that they are actively hiding negative feedback instead of addressing the real issues customers are facing. A trustworthy company would not silence dissatisfied customers—they would take responsibility and improve their service.
I also discovered that Ashimary Hair has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), with numerous complaints from other customers experiencing the same issues—false advertising, poor quality products, and refusal to issue refunds. This company has a pattern of deceptive practices, and I regret giving them my business.
Buyers beware! If you are considering purchasing from Ashimary Hair, do your research and read real customer reviews before wasting your money.
I bought the buy 1 get 1 on black Friday and by February the wig was falling apart and shedding really bad. I was very disappointed. The texture of the hair was beautiful but poorly made.

First time purchase regret. I got sent the driest most damaged hair I have ever seen. Not only does it look like it was cut by a blindfolded child with safety scissors but there are bits of "orange" hairs all over the wig that was not supposed to be part of the style/color ( it's that orange/blonde stage from when a person is starting going grey). I contacted them the same day of delivery and the response I received was "sorry dear we can offer to send you $20 ". This was a $200 order. Then after following up again to their insult of a refund offer they gave me a return address in the US that I will still need to pay to send this garbage back. Beware that they are based (or atleast shipping from) China and they put little care in the quality of their product or customer service.
Very poor customer service. I purchased a wig from Ashimary it arrived defected. I even sent a photo of the wig. The front was missing noticeable hair. I immediately contacted Ashimary and was told to return it for a replacement. It cost $8.70 postage. I was told to send a copy of the US Postal receipt, which I did. They asked for my PayPal ID. However I only got $8,31 refund. PayPal said since Ashimary requested immediate refund and not just a regular refund they charged a fee to me and not Ashimary. On top of that I had to send several emails to Ashimary about the status and it took more than a month to get my replacement. I purchased from them before and had been satisfied, but after this purchase, I will never buy from them again. If you do purchase at your own risk. If your wig is defective you will not get the full amount you paid for returning it back to them.
I ordered two wigs off this website and the first one the string that makes it fit tight wasn't in it. The second one I just got in September and all the hair came off the lace and all they wants to give me is $20 gift card. I've spent way too much more than $20 so please be careful order from this website I will never order anything from here again
This website is a scam. I received a poorly constructed unit and you only have 7 days to see if it's too your liking however, once you open the package or wear it, you void a return or exchange.
Even though the hair is soft this wig is pretty much unwearable.
1) the cap is far too big. That's saying a lot as I have a big head and this drooped well past one of my ears. Cutting the lace for a natural hairline would have meant cutting far into the actual piece.
2) there are terrible short pieces that they placed to skirt around actually making this 250% thickness. Some of these fluff pieces they had the audacity to place near the crown!
3) the hair is beyond damaged. The poor thing has so many split ends that no amount of care I've put in so far has helped with smoothing.
4) the unit was supposed to be 613 with dark roots throughout... The roots are only on the crown... It's terrible looking.
**TLDR: I did some pretty extensive looking around and hoped this company would be legit. I warn you they purchase their reviews and have zero care for a good product. Total waste of my hard earned money.
I ordered a wig on June 2 and received it on June 18th. No communication until I reached out to them. I received it and same day called customer service to ask for address to return it. Now it a big $#*! problem. They won't let you. So if you order from thos company make sure that's the one you want. If you like the color online and you receive it and it looks better online they don't care. If it has a smell to it they don't care. They have you money period and they are not going to refund you. Be 100%. China you got me this time. LADIES BEWARE. I shouldn't have to fix it for the price I paid for it. Just giving you heads up.
This is an update to my first review. Actually, it's an update to the update. At first. I was happy with the wig when I got it. I uploaded video and everything after I put it on well fast forward to today. There is almost no hair on frontal, there's several ball spots in the frontal! So basically they bleached the mess out of the frontal or they and or they use some cheap bleach and the roots to be weed and I kid you not. I started looking at the wig when I was putting it on spots like big patches of it gone, that is not supposed to happen. Especially on a wig this new I feel like I was cheated out of my money and I am very upset because I left a good review for you guys. I'm embarrassed to put it on to show you guys what it looks like now I will upload video and photos of it on a mannequin head instead.

I have been ordering from Ashimary for over three years now (directly from their website). I have multiple style and texture wigs and I recently decided to start doing sew ins and their bundles and closure quality was as great as their wigs. Their fullness was what I really loved. You will not be disappointed with Ashimary. Their customer service is great, they use DHL so shipping takes within a week and they always have deals available for my baddies on a budget.
The pictures are of the loose deep wave bundles. The first is after I washed them. The other is after I blow it out and put in in a heartless curls headband (not curling it beforehand) and you can see how well it curled.

I purchased hair, from Ashmary on February 24 that I never received. They charge $93.49 to my PayPal account. When I tracked the package to Franklin Park, Illinois. It was scheduled for pick up on March 12. I was told by DHL Express that they called them told them to send my package somewhere else. You can't call customer service because they don't exist. What type of number is **************? If I had done my research, I would have known it was a scam. I am so mad because when you use their chat on their website and they act like they don't understand English, but write it very well. I wish I knew where to find them. I've emailed like three times and they keep giving the same response "they are going to rush the warehouse" yet my order status still says order placed. The estimated shipping is 4-6 days, why am I yet to receive a tracking number or updated order status. Im very disappointed with my experience and don't recommend! This company is complete garbage. There's no way this is legit. I received a wig that looked like a five-year-old put it together. The Instagram ad made it look as if the hair was full and beautiful. I bought the hair because of something that I saw on Instagram. I buy a lot of things from Instagram and never have I been disappointed before. The hair was very thin. It was uneven, one side is longer than the other. And the top part was not a lace front so it was sewn in a pattern where you could see the stitching. I reached out to the company and told them that I wanted to return the product. They asked me if I could keep the hair because it would be a hassle on me and they would pay me $15. That's a complete insult because I want my full refund. I'm not trying to get a free wig. Per their return policy if the hair or wig is defective, you can return for full refund. I have pictures to prove that the hair was not manipulated in anyway. I said it on a doll head to take these pictures but the wig was never placed on my head. Honestly, the cap look so small I don't think it would fit because it barely fit on the doll head. I am returning everything that came in the package per the instructions and we shall see if I get my money back.
