This company providies worst customer service and most of what they sell are of inferior quanlity.
Their warranty is useless as they would be passing you to Glycine and Glycine itself would pass you back to them. Their products from Glycine would break down within few weeks and they would fail to provide any reasonable help.
If you are buying expensive wrist watch, avoild this irresponsible company and look for company whose products have true warranty.

Thank you for your review. As authorized dealers, we handle warranties the same way you would as if you went to a store. When you buy a watch from a retail store, they will refer you to the manufacture for repair as they cannot assist in store with the matter. The system is set up for repairs to be completed in their warehouses.
Regrettably, some manufactures do have a fee for shipping and it is their description to have this policy. Regrettably, we are unable to assist in refunding this fee or taking on the fee as it is up to the consumer.
