June 30,2021 Got to the ticket counter to go to Malawi Africa 5 hours early because we had large luggage. Discovered at the counter the Malawian border was closed. They have been polite spewing the company rhetoric but they have not been effective. I want my money back all of it in full. I don't want credit because of how you handled this. Also you can't schedule me when you don't know when a country can open or close it borders due to a pandemic. ASAP what you should have said was Ms. Johnson "we will refund the full cost of your flight purchase. We apologize for the inconvenience that this may have cost your family and we hope that you think of ASAP fondly when you fly again. I got a ticket for cameroon since March to go to cameroon because of covid I could not go but I had insurance on the tickets since then I have been trying to get my refund buy I can't I contacted bbb then asap tickets agent contacted me and told me they send me the refund that I should wait for 8 days after 8 days I did not see any they contacted me again and said they are sorry I should wait for 14 days I waited still noting in my. Account they send me a fake email showing that they did the transfer but I called my bank and nothing has been on there. I AM NOT THE ONLY GOING THROUGH THIS BEWARE OF ASSAP TICKETS THEY ARE SCAMS
NOW IS ALMOST AUGUST AND I'M STILL TRYING TO GET MY REFUND
