Dev gave the best customer service to me. Honestly, it is not easy to find a ticket because there are many things to consider such as dates, budget and your trust in the agent and the Ticket Company. But all that was given to me by Dev where I availed a ticket from ASAP. Kudos to Dev for taking great care of the customer until I received the ticket in my email. I was so happy and I was so satisfied with the ticket I bought. I felt like someone was really assisting me and I wasn't worried about the ticket I bought. Goodluck Dev until I buy the ticket again. They will charged you more. They have independent agents around the world thus, you are exposing your CC and bank info to agents that are lier and scammers! Bad behavior or agents, manipulators and liers!
June 30,2021 Got to the ticket counter to go to Malawi Africa 5 hours early because we had large luggage. Discovered at the counter the Malawian border was closed. We were told we would not be able to board and were asked to step out of the line so they could continue with other customers. Turkish Air never again. I called my guy Randal he assured me that this was not a problem that "they where changing things" and that I should go home and they would make it right. I PAID Trip PROTECTION. NOTHINGS HAS BEEN MADE RIGHT. I have spoken to a total of TEN [Randal, Drake, Shalem, Abdule, Poppie, Gerald, Mayeng, Kendrick, finally Duncan] POSERS, I mean Agents. They have been polite spewing the company rhetoric but they have not been effective. I want my money back all of it in full. I don't want credit because of how you handled this. Also you can't schedule me when you don't know when a country can open or close it borders due to a pandemic. ASAP what you should have said was Ms. Johnson "we will refund the full cost of your flight purchase. We apologize for the inconvenience that this may have cost your family and we hope that you think of ASAP fondly when you fly again. We value as a customer and would like to continue to partner with you in travel. ASAP Trust and Believe that company line would have gotten me to return every time. NOOOOO you did not do this.
