I started as merely an inquiry to compare with other airlines and booking agents; however, her excellent dealings, persuasive actions, and meeting my challenging requirements and limitations made me book the tickets despite my initial intentions. She is very co cordial, and competent and goes beyond her regular scope of services to fulfil the requirements of the customer.
