I chose to book with ASAP tickets only because of the ability to use Affirm as my payment method. My service rep Asta was very helpful. However, ASAP did not save me much as opposed to booking direct with the airline. I don't appreciate the forced gratuity in order to complete the booking. This is the first booking experience with ASAP and it put me off in being forced to enter a gratuity, which I have never experienced with other booking agencies.

Would be helpful if I could get a paper ticket in mail as I do not have a smart phone. Try printing the tickets off my computer and it doesn't print the whole ticket. Leaves some of the info off. Don't know what to do if I can't print the whole ticket. Any advice?
