Was trying to book emergency trip from Columbia s. C. To Tennessee. Flynn walked me thru best way and got ticket for that night at time we needed. Our nephew passed 2 hours after husbands arrival so my husband was able to be there
Only problem was when I tried to pay for ticket, system glitched and erased my info. Flynn waited and walked me thru it again and 2nd time it went thru. Only problem was that it erased everything and I ended up with wrong plan and no tip for Flynn. But he fixed plan but didn't mention the no tip part. Would like to fix this too.

These are nothing but scam artist. Their "travel care service". Is not what they claim it to be. Agent sold it to me so that i would be able to change my return date on my ticket. Now that the time has rolled around, he wants an additional $850.00 to change it. Which is double what a one way ticket is. Also informed me i could not cancel my ticket or talk with a manager/person in charge. One big scam. Dont do business with these people!

I was using my iPad while completing the payment transaction, but I had difficulty entering the amount to be paid because whenever I press to enter the amount the keyboard is not appearing. I refreshed multiple times wth no luck. So I had to log in on my phone in my transaction went through.
