The first agent that I spoke to about my concern was not helpful at all because she did not stay with me on the phone line while I was stressing out. I am unsure if her name was Debbie or something else. She just referred me to her Supervisor, whom was not of help as well. Erasmus took care of my situation and was very patient with me.
My travel specialist was very patient and very calm throughout the booking process.
The agent was very knowledgeable and flawlessly directed me through the process of purchasing my ticket.
