This was my first time ordering a ticket from ASAP. Fanapi LISTENED attentively and then responded with exactly what I wanted. What made it all the more fascinating was the fact that this was a 3-person, 3-part itinerary and she nailed it for all parties to travel together. She was patient and allowed me to get the other 2 parties together over different times of the call. She was engaging and interacted with all of us. She was amazing and she got us a fare that blew us away. ASAP was $300-$400 less than the competition! She was understanding and NOT PUSHY when we declined some of the added feature$ offered by ASAP. I will utilize Fanapi and ASAP again for future travel flights.

Sejal is very knowledgeable in what she does. I say it is an Excellent customer service beyond expectation. Sejal is transparent in giving information on what to expect and explained why ASAP is the best option for a Business class ticket. Not only with a reasonable price, but Sejal make sure it is "a Business class as described" She also promised to make sure I have the choice of my seat per request.
