I was browsing online for the best flight ticket from Baton Rouge to Sao Paolo, Beazil., departing September 30,2023, one way.
ASAP quoted $ 948.00 after discount!
With other online companie, same one travel is $ 316.34

SCAM! Do not purchase from them!
This is the biggest scam ever! I have been waiting on my refund for 4 months!
I bought a protection plan when purchasing my ticket. They have no decency and culture to reply to my calls and emails.
They are ignoring all forms of communication.
I want my money back!
I even tipped the agent Florence twice!
Don't purchase from them!

Very unprofessional, not returning calls, busy because they don't want to talk to you. Providing misinformation, credit will be provided 100%, but nothing has happened.

Purchased 3 Tickets to Europe, Flight was cancelled because of restricted travel flights into Germany. Tickets were 3000 dollars, After doing all the leg work with united I was able to get refund back, BUT they sent the refund to ASAP. Because we used a 3rd party. I was told to pay 150.00 per person so they would process my Refund, ( But just another scam) Still waiting, it's been 3 months, no return calls, no return emails. The confirmation number is# MVLL47
Put your self in my shoes, saved money all your life to take a trip to Europe, now you have ASAP screwing you out of the trip and the money!

Also, the agent who responds to this complaint you have my confirmation number don't ask me for more information needed to stall for more time.

Couldn't believe how easy and cheap this was. They got with you very fast, saved my ticket price for as long as I needed them too. And I saved about $150 on my airline ticket! I highly recommend using this service I'll never use another ticket site again! They have a customer for life!

ASAP Tickets are a den of thieves! Stay away! We booked tickets through them, but the flight was canceled due to the Coronavirus. The airline refunded our money to ASAP, but they refused to return the money to us. They robbed us of $1100. They lied to me, blocked my calls, ignored my emails, and were absolutely insulting and predatory. Stand clear of these con artists! Learn from our mistake.

ATTENTION!

ATTENTION READ THIS BEFORE BUYING ANY TICKETS!

I bought 4 tickets from ASAP Ticket Travel Agency from SFO to Saudi Arabia on MAY of 2019. Each tickets was $1100 and I paid a total of $4400 that day, and this company booked the tickets for us on United Airline. The Covid 19 pandemic happened and the GOV banned all the flights from US to any country and our flights got cancelled. We contacted United Airline and they told us, and also send us a copy of the receipt, that they refund the money back to ASAP Tickets Travel Agency. Now that we are contacting ASAP Tickets Travel Agency to refund or exchange the tickets for us, the ASAP Tickets Travel Agency customer services is telling us that they will only pay us $400 for each ticket and we will also not be able to exchange to another date. So guys before buying any tickets from this company make sure to go check another options because they lie to you, and steal money from you.

This company will rip you off every way they can. The travel insurance is a waste of money! I called every day for 3 weeks(because the recording said 'if you flight is leaving in the next 2 weeks, you need to talk to an agent) and never got to talk to anyone. So I contacted my bank to get my money back. B of A refunded my money within a very short period of time. ASAP later took the $360 back out for the'travel protection' because it is not refundable and only for hospitalizations... which was not the way it was communicated to me at the time of purchase or I'd have saved my money!

Very unhappy customer

Where do I start? The initial booking of the tickets to Switzerland went well... enter COVID... then it all went up in smoke. Due to the international ban for travel, we were pretty much forced to either get a credit for a future trip or a refund. We were advised to persue the refund because "many airlines may go bankrupt"! Our Initial agent was NO where to be found... no calls or emails returned... after multiple! And I mean multiple tries to get help I was always told then " I can not help you because I am not the assigned agent to your account... then I would be told that such or such would be I'm contact very soon... never happened... I literally talked with 11 people trying to get this resolved. Finally I talked with Winona and she assured me that she would be our agent from "here on it out". She did get a refund authorization for a refund(unites airlines) and it would take 30- 60 days to process. That was May 23. After watching our statements there was still no refund... I again sent multiple emails and left a few messages with Winona. NO responses. I called ASAP again and talked to George( never any last name given..."I'm the only George here" he told me it would take more than 60 days... usually 90. He would send a email to Winona and her manager immediately and we should be expecting to hear from them within the next 2 days... it has been now 2 weeks... I have sent 3 more emails and still nothing. I called united airlines to see if they had received a refund comfirmation from ASAP tickets... nope! Nothing! I called my Visa card company to make sure I hadn't missed it before I called United... United was kind and helpful but said their hands are tied until they get something from ASAP... we are pretty sure we got scammed big time. We will be calling our visa company soon so they can initiate an investigation into ASAP and our situation. Please! What ever you do... DO NOT give this company a red cent of your vacation money! If this company checks their reviews just maybe possibly I will get some answers. I'm not holding my breath.

The Run Around

We bought airline tickets to Greece about a year ago. In March of 2020, we starting trying to get our money refunded when it was clear that we were't going to be able to travel. We had even bought travel insurance, but that didn't seem to make a difference.

My husband emails or talks to them by phone every week. He keeps being told the check has been approved and will be sent asap(ha!) but it never comes. The agents act like they don't understand what could have happened, but assure us it will be sent right away(minus their fee because they say they are allowed to keep their money, only refund the portion that comes directly, in our case, from Delta.)

We have been more than patient. I urge Delta and the other airlines not to use this company again. Travelers beware. We will not give up!
