The agent was very patient and friendly, he found many trips for us to choose from. This is a good way to purchase a flight ticket, an expert does the research for you.
I needed a flight from New Orleans to San Francisco. I'd never heard of ASAP before and I know why. The person that called me was extremely rude! As soon as I answer, I get (in an Indian accent), "What is your name?" So I asked her name. Again, "What is your name?"
When I started talking she said, "Yes, Yes, Yes". I told her she was rude and hung up. She called back and hung up on, me! A few times! NEVER AGAIN!
Brenda is very nice and friendly. Took her time to listen to me and explain me everything in detail. First time flying with Turkish airlines and also ASAP tickets. I got good price during busy season.

Hidalgo was personable and listened well to the travel dates/times of flexibility and was fast in finding something reasonable at this late Holiday Season.
I was surprised by the service, how fast and easy it was, the person helping me (Argus) was very good and went out of his way to find me just the right flight at the best price, I will definitely use them again.
Very detailed, even reserved my seat:-) and walked me through the whole ordering process.
Alorica, my personal travel agent was absolutely the best! She went over and above to make sure this whole situation turned out positive and in my favor! She is simply the greatest person! Very friendly, patient, concerned and would not give up until she had gotten me what I was looking for!
