Asap tickets were awful to deal with and it seems that there are a bunch of con artists sitting as agents to lure the customers. I had bought two tickets from them and mine was rescheduled a few times to which i had to contact the agent to find a flight for myself as i had limited time frame to travel. I was made to pay the fare change even though i had paid the travel protection which does absolutely nothing. There was a flight cancellation to which i was made to buy a brand new ticket way over market price so that i could get a full refund on my previously bought ticket. Unfortunately buying an expensive ticket and they refunded my money $400 less. Not to mention the two days i took off to reach out to them and talk almost 4 hrs on the phone.
Everything went so smooth. Our travel agent, Isidore, was so professional in handling our affairs.
Took time to look at all the options available during this busy Christmas Holiday.
I purchased a ticket from ASAP and in 2 weeks they stolen my ticket number from my reservation and cancel my ticket without my permission and they are saying i have to pay almost $1000 per pasenger and that's for nothing. When i asked for a refund they said it will take more than 2 weeks. Worst exoerience ever.

We spent 3000. 00 for tickets for the family to fly from LAX to London the summer of 2020. The flights were cancelled. It has been two YEARS since booking and I am still getting the runaround. They first said the flight hadn't been cancelled, then said that i had to pay change fe es in order to rebook. Five hundred dollars each for change fees... and the tickets were 700! I refused this inaccurate offer, and contacted someone from the parent company, International Travel Network. That person said he would try to escalate the refund, but the new person assigned to us just questioned us about the "credit" we have and do we want to book a new flight? No, I said, I would like a refund. The latest is the agent is "waiting to hear' from Virgin Atlantic. I called Virgin Atlantic, and they said that ASAP HAS all of the information about the flight, and they are able to issue a refund easily- they do not need to contact Virgin Atlantic to process it. I have not heard back from the ASAP. Rep. This is staggering that they think people are THAT stupid. Everyone knows that if the flight was cancelled, they have to issue a refund. I would never, never EVER deal with this company again. The agents want a commission, period. No matter if you have legit credit or are entitled to a refund. That isn't their concern.
VERY disappointing. I am about to file a complaint.

ASAP Tickets is my go to business for international travel. I've booked with them numerous times and they've exceeded my expectations everytime. They are professional at best! Everyone that I've worked with have worked with me in the price ranges that I've requested.
Carlisle was very patient and precise with my booking. She performed the company name "ASAP" by finding me a ticket 2 days away from my flight.

The worst company to do buisness the complete all your process to buy fly tickets and in two weeks the send you a email saying that fly is cancelled, and they give you round a round version. This is a scam big time scam, they wait 90 days for you to loose your time to fighting for your money, I don't recommend this company to do buisness ( BIG TIME JOKE SCAMMERS) 1120 DOLLARS DOWN THE DRAIN

Despite some frustration from my side the agent was very calm tempering and actively listening to my concern. Great customer service quality
Glecelly listened to the details of the purchase we wanted to make and offered more options from what was expected, in order to help us find the most convenient plane ticket. She was gentle enough to keep the conversation going for three days, while we assessed the options. Nowadays, one thinks that it's easy to buy online without any assistance, but he agent's support proved that statement wrong. This is the second time we use ASAP tickets to purchase a long trip and will continue to use this service in the future, for sure.
