Oregon was our contact. He is earnest, fair and polite to going beyond the call of duty in a fast changing air fare world. He arranged two sets of tickets for us and even though the dates were larger than the original quote, it was not his fault and still saved us money over the airline fare. He made the "third party" experience positive, if complicated. Hats off to Oregon!

I purchased a ticket back in June for international travel in December. I called mid-October to verify baggage allowance. It's only then that I was informed that the 1st leg of my flight was cancelled, hence, invalidating my ticket. (They did not even inform me beforehand). They gave alternative flight that was ridiculous and would definitely let me miss my connecting flight. So I opted not to travel and asked for a refund. It's been 6 weeks now and I still do not have the confirmation of the refund. It is not even the refund, but just a confirmation that I will be refunded. They said it's taking so long with airline to authorize the refund. I called the airline today and the airline said it usually takes 2-3 business cycles to process the refund. They told me to go back to ASAP ticket because that's where I bought the ticket. I have been following up with ASAP every week and they tell every time that they are still waiting for authorization from the airline. So, given what I learned from the airline, it is possible that ASAP is just holding my refund. For how long, I don't know. This is so frustrating! It's my freaking $2600 that ASAP is holding on to!

I booked my tickets with them and was told that if i buy the insurance for extra 160$ which i did, i can cancel or reschedule it with no cancellation fee but atleast 24 hrs prior to departure. I was looking for the prices of the flights for same date that was feb,2023, i found tickets at much cheaper rates, but they refused to refund me 100% as promised even when i asked for it about 3 months in advance. I dont understand what is the insurance for then.
EVEN IN REVIEW SECTION THEIR SITE WONT LET ME UPLOAD THE PURCHASE PHOTO SO THAT MY REVIEW IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR OTHERS.
