Kaori was patient in dealing with me. She was persistent to get my business. However, after selling two plane tickets to me I did not appreciate the way she left in the middle of my business without letting me know she was going home. There was no proper hand off to the next guy, Kiks. Kaori assured me all the 3 tickets I'm purchasing are same price but when Kiks comes in he's giving me a higher price. Kiks repeatedly minimized the increase in price which annoyed me even more. I don't care if it's $1.00 or $100.00 increase at this point. I'm already annoyed being ditched by Kaori without a word so the least I expect is to get my 3rd ticket honored at the price Kaori gave me. To get same price I had to compromise and take two days off from the original return date. I did not understand nor appreciate how this transaction ended.

When changes in my flight schedule was offered I requested the cancellation of tickets for my two daughters because of their school exams and they granted it right away without any penalty. Just me and my wife are going with my confirmation of the changes.

Someone sent an email that informed me that have paid $600. MORE than what we have paid for.

Oregon was our contact. He is earnest, fair and polite to going beyond the call of duty in a fast changing air fare world. He arranged two sets of tickets for us and even though the dates were larger than the original quote, it was not his fault and still saved us money over the airline fare.
