Glad we got the price we got. Not happy about the experience using my debit card. As a result of not being able to use said card and feeling like I wasn't secure in my transaction because of my CVV number I am having my debit card replaced. My bank said there was no problem with the card.

Never have I had a more dedicated person assist me in making travel arrangements. I usually book my own air, this time I just couldn't find a good fit for the river cruise I had booked. I am pleased at how Chicago (the ASAP Staff) helped me all the way from looking for a flight according to my budget and time frame up to booking my flight from USA to the Philippines. Chicago was very courteous, kind and patient as he walked me through the purchase of our tickets and explained the flight #, aircraft and layovers, as well.Furthermore, Chicago explained how the travel protection is imperative to the passenger's benefit but did not coerce me. We made a mistake adding a last name that wasn't in our passport. We have been trying to make this change by the agent that sold us the tickets and he said he is working on that for weeks. Our trip is getting close. Also we call to the hotel to ask for some details about transportation to the airport and the hotel told us we did not have reservations. Now we don't have hotel but we paid for it.!
