Love ASAP

I bought round trip tickets and 2 nights to a hotel in Europe. Made it to Europe, but my luggage was lost by airline and I never made it to the city which was my destination and where the hotel was. The ASAP representative could not be reached by phone or by email. Luggage contains most of my cash and my prescription medicine. I spent 2 days trying to get to my destination and getting my prescription refilled. ASAP was useless.

Lebron for the SLAM DUNK!

Been planning this trip back to the Philippines since October of 2022. BIG family reunion upcoming. Had to create several different itineraries because plans kept changing. Lebron B was my service agent. He is a SUPERSTAR! Always professional, always patient & accommodating, Great follow up with great respect to timing. I wish we could use him for all our travel needs

I was looking for an international flight, with a specific date and time in mind. I spoke with a representative of ASAP, whose name is Mr. DaVinci, who researched a number of options for me and obtained air travel at the time I wanted with rates lower than I could find anyplace else. He spent the time with me on the phone until we found the best flights and deals available. He understood what I wanted, was never pushy trying to make a sale. Just a great guy, if all representatives of ASAP are like Mr. DaVinci you cannot go wrong using their agency.

Becareful when buying tickets from ASAPtickets get everything in writing they will tell you to buy Travel Insurance its not Insurance they are ripping you with in house Customer Service of $179

When you have a problem they just say you didn't buy insurance you bought Customer Care Service from ASAP

Bad luck for please buy Travel Insurance from independent Insurance company who are bound by rules not in-house rip off Customer Care

DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THEM. I bought 5 tickets for me and my family from them. I usually always buy from the airline directly. But since all of us were traveling on different dates and the plan was to return together I just thought to avoid any confusion and changes in flight I called them as I looked them up on the internet. The agent who answered the call BARNABAS, assured me that it should all be taken care of without an issue. He kept calling me for the next 2 days and it was more than 2 dozen times he called. I was reluctant to buy as I could see cheaper tickets directly from the airline's official website. When I told him he said that the tickets you are looking at are WEIGHTLESS TICKETS. I asked him what that meant and he said that they could change after you book but if you buy from me I assure you that there will be no change in schedule. Although it was expensive I just bought the tickets from him and that too at a higher price plus tips. I just wanted the peace of mind of nit going through the hassle of schedule changes since my kids are 2 years and 6 years of age. After I pay them, 2 weeks later I receive an email about a schedule change, and the layover changed from 3 hours to 6 hours 48 minutes. Shortly I receive another email for the second iternary change. And not too long after the third one changed too. I had the number of the agent so I called him, he answered and said I will call you in 1 hour and 30 minutes. I waited for over 2 hours, and called him back. He didn't answer my calls. After repeated phone calls went unanswered I called the company. They said we will call you back but first acknowledge the changes. Only than we can talk to the airline. I called the airline directly and I was told that since you bought them from a third party we can't help you. Now it has been 4 days and no one has called to rectify or atleast address the issue. When they wanted the business they wouldn't stop calling me. Now that I am stuck no one has tried to help. They just keep transferring me from one department to the other. Save yourself the trouble of buying any tickets from them. They are least helpful and utterly unprofessional
