Very bad service
May 16, 2023

I had very bad experience with them. Bad customer service never admit they are wrong. They did cancel my ticket because they made a mistake in name then they don't wanna take care of it. Cancel the ticket without my consent never trust him with anything they will keep you one guy to another. I'm calling Better Business Bureau and the state attorney on them. I got all recordings and emails to prove it.

Reservations made easy!

My Agent Bezos was able to make my flight and car rental reservations promptly and very easy with his expertise! He was very personable, efficient and was able to help and guide me through the reservation process, Agent Bezos took time to explain the process, what to expect while answering questions I had. He reassured me that if I had any questions I could contact him. He also remarked that he would contact me prior to my departure for any updates to insure my trip would be optimal.

!WARNING! Scam alert

!WARNING! Do not use ASAP tickets. 100% scammers. They will not refund under any circumstances. My experience was absolutely horrendous and almost left me stranded in another country. I was naïve when I first purchased tickets overseas and they gave me a ticket through Japan but there was no checks or reference to the fact that Japan was still closed due to covid restrictions at that time. I did my own research to find out myself and tried to reason with them to change the itinerary 3 TIMES to avoid the strict Japanese layover guidelines and rising last minute costs well before my departure date but they kept insisting that everything would be ok. Ever sense that point ASAP became the worst nightmare that any traveler would experience because every update to my itinerary created problems that would keep me into a vicious cycle of paying more money and but only getting another problem prone ticket that I had to pay another "fare difference" to resolve. The extra $200 of insurance was a complete scam it doesn't guarantee anything. Either way I still had to pay the same fee or Insurance. In the end costing about 3 times the original advertised ticket cost without ever receiving a usable return ticket. I was forced to buy a whole new ticket directly from the airline, thereby completely avoiding ASAP in order to get back home. You cannot depend on them to know/follow airline rules. They will actually use airline restrictions to create conflicts, forcing you into a cycle where you constantly forced to making changes to the itinerary. I originally thought this may be related to complex Japanese restrictions but I also had friends using ASAP who used completely different Airline and they also dealt with same issues. They had to resolve the issues directly with their airline right away. There simply is no way to resolve these issues through ASAP they will prey on your frustrations of getting stranded asking for more money over and over with false promises to deliver a working ticket.

Do NOT use ASAP tickets. Horrible experience. I usually book online myself. What a mistake. 5 of us put on back row to Paria CDG, 4 flights. Never in my life. Plus paid insurance of 700+. Don't do it.

Kind of Disappointed

I thought going through a third party agency would help get lower prices or add some level of convenience to my trip. Overall though after looking at a lot of different prices directly from the airlines I ended up feeling like I was slightly overcharged. I don't feel ripped off but I do feel like there wasn't any benefit going through the third party and I should have just stuck with buying directly from the airlines or one of the larger websites like Orbitz, Priceline, or Expedia.
