Jamal, who assisted me, is very humble, friendly and was impatient in doing the best possible means for his client to end up contented in his dealings. Misleading and false advertising. There is charge with changing flight. Even though it was clearly stated there will be no charge.

My call to ASAP was answered by a professional agent named Alonaque. She was simply fantastic. Within minutes she was giving me the best options for my travel, within the parameters I had given her.
She left me with her direct tel# to call back after I had time to mull over the choices (which she emailed to me). When I called her an hour later she answered her line promptly and minutes later I received her confirmation emails- itny & paperwork forms to complete my payment. She explained it all precisely.

I had very bad experience with them. Bad customer service never admit they are wrong. They did cancel my ticket because they made a mistake in name then they don't wanna take care of it. Cancel the ticket without my consent never trust him with anything they will keep you one guy to another. I'm calling Better Business Bureau and the state attorney on them. I got all recordings and emails to prove it.
