Wendy appeared and presented as an exceptional agent. I would not book with her or this agency again! She appeared Patience, loyalty, understanding and knowledgable. She went above and beyond to ensure I booked with Her.
Unfortunately, after I purchased my ticket and travel insurance. The following day still within the 24 hour window to make changes or cancellations. Agent Wendy, was no longer available. Sadly when I attempted to calling ASAPTickets on 29th of August, At that point I discovered the agent vanished. I attempted to proceed with changes. However, ASAPTickets did not contact me back until after the 24 hour window to make changes or cancellations free of charge was no longer available. The company investigated and realize that I in fact did attempt to reach out and contact this agent by means of: telephone email and text, they still didn't and would assist. For weeks I continue to receive email after business hours in the mid morning of their customer service stating sorry about your experience, but still did absolutely nothing but asked questions they already were given the answer of.
The day before travel was the final email received stating again. They are sorry for my experience but according the the policy of my ticket changes could not happen been made on my ticket. Although the agent insisted it best to pay for travel insurance in order to have the flexibility of changes and cancellation. I've yet to have a follow up email with my query, why the insurance was sold to me if the ticket cannot be changed at any point.
