My agent was very knowledgeable, patient, hardworking, and friendly. She called and emailed me on a personal level after I had to disconnect because I was rear ended as I was making my travel plans, stationary in a parking lot! Such care has never been given from an agent /company like this before! Amazed still! And it wasn't to just try and get my business, she genuinely was concerned. We connected afew days later and finally I was able to book my tickets. What a gem! Brilliant service, understanding, and total cost was within my budget.
I called to change my return trip and explained my situation I needed assistance to make it happen. This Rep showed sincere attitude and concern by making me feel at ease and that he would do everything to resolve my problem. He went beyond what is expected and stayed with me until all necessary informations are gathered into a successful resolution.

The first agent that I spoke to about my concern was not helpful at all because she did not stay with me on the phone line while I was stressing out. I am unsure if her name was Debbie or something else. She just referred me to her Supervisor, whom was not of help as well. Erasmus took care of my situation and was very patient with me.
Problem was not resolved by and Agent & her Supervisor.
If you may look at my records, I have been purchasing mine & my families travel tickets to ASAP. I feel that it is enough reason to on your partial PREFERRED LIST. I have been taken cared of by ASAP staff and 99 percent of those times, went very well.
Because it considered one of the good products (tickets) in the Country for its purpose.

Jester and Criselda were very helpful, accommodating, and friendly. They did their best to look for the best priced ticket for the trip that we were looking for. I love flying with southwest airlines because of the free luggage and choose your seat. However I didn't like having to be at the airport for 6 hours because my flight was canceled. Also a Booker for my flight home today took a $15.00 tip which I not consented too. The airline itself I like.

It took a bit of back and forth to get the flight that we wanted, with the minimum travel time. No long layovers is a definite plus.
I called to make a change in my flight from Newark to Ottawa to catch an earlier departure. The first phone call to Re-Protection service went on hold and then disconnected. The second call I got through and agent was able to make the change within 5 minutes. I received the e-ticket confirmation a little over two hours later. Satisfied with the service!
I was using the service in connection with an existing booking.
The earlier flight was announced by United after I made the booking so I found it myself and then contacted ASAP as they were responsible for making any changes.

I usually book all of my travel on line by myself but when traveling with a group and needing certain routes, Found it necessary to use a travel agent. Samba was very helpful and persistent. It took a lot of time to finally reach the best flight and after it was all booked, I received a phone all that one of the flights had already changed. She was able to get it all straightened out and had to stay way beyond her shift to get it finished. You have to be careful when checking out that you don't agree to all of the extra charges that they would like you to pay. I am looking forward to a safe and enjoyable trip.

Agents are very polite, but response emails are confusing with multiple entries of the same information. I still have not received my final confirmation. I don't like request for tips as it makes me feel nickeled and dimed.

The only thing I didn't like much are the hotel offers - the ones free of charge are mostly booked or with shared bathrooms. And the hotel booking doesn't always work properly...
Goodman is very good. Accommodating. He was up half his night helping. My only comment is there was mild difficulty in getting my credit card accepted. I have a credit card with both my wife and my name on it but same account. She has one card and I have the other card. She handles the billing. Goodman had a few challenges with this situation. Fares from Accra Ghana to LAX are expensive.

Delroy was very professional and diligent, however the verification process was the hardest part should to be the easier part. Advice the client first about this step and please be aware that not all the CC has the number in the front part with the holder's name.
