The title says it all bought a Memory foam mattress on the basis that we could try it for up to 90 days but a minimum of 30-days. It was horribly uncomfortable. 30-days is not over yet but just learned these scammers have declared bankruptcy. I'm stuck with a $10,000 mistake. I've called the credit card company to dispute the charge on the basis of the undelivered 30-day trial. Hoping for the best.
I really wish you had a spot to review your company in your Facebook page, because I would leave 1 star. My son bought a couch from you less than a year ago. He and his fiance did not even use the couch right away. When they did they noticed there was a small tear in a seam. (Where they do not even sit) When they called to inform your company about the rip, they were told there was nothing you could do. His fiance then stopped into the store to explain the situation, and was again brushed off with a promise someone would call to schedule a technician coming out, but that never happened. It's sad you do not stand behind your products for at least a year, when it is obvious this is a defect in craftsmanship. Today, I will help them file with the Better Business Bureau.
I purchased two sofas 12 months ago. One I had serviced twice... still not in good repair. The other one has a broken frame. Furniture not sturdy. I called for repair service and they charged me 75$ and then called a few days later said it would cost 150$ for guy to just come out.
I would NEVER purchase anything from this store again, there return policy is a rip off, after purchase a mattress you have to pay an additional 149.99 to return the mattress regardless if it is still in plastic not used. The customer service is like speaking to a programmed robot. JUST BEWARE
They have a three-piece sectional on their mobile website listed now for $520 they will not honor that price. It is the illusions three-piece sectional couch art van price 2899 now 520 in the store they will not honor the price they told me to call the online division they will not honor the price they said they are in the process of fixing that not fixed yet though honor your price
Bought one bed... 5 deliveries later i still have a broken bed. Novi store managers wont return my calls, corporate wont respond. 6th delivery of an "unbroken" headboard was scheduled for today... no one showed up, again left a message with Art Van and no return call. Will NEVER spend my hard earned money with Art Van again!
