I ordered two Colorado Avalanche jerseys, one from TimeToSports and one from Paragon and although the communication was non existent after receiving my tracking number, I received the jerseys in about a month. The one from TimeToSports turned out amazing and the one from Paragon had the wrong shade of blue (more of a powder blue which is wrong). I plan on ordering the wrong blue colored one through TimeToSports this time. I love my jerseys!
Best price on the web for everything under the sun EXCEPT you never get what you ordered, i. E. I ordered a craft cutting machine... I received an envelope with disposable masks. Looks great with paypal since they did ship the item. No customer service. The stores quickly disappears from the website after they sell you something. Although I got reimbursed from paypal under the buyers' protection. They are scams.
I bought from MISTERDRIM and I just received my item. Very please with it. I'm not going to lie after reading some reviews on here I was scared that I was going to be scammed but I just got my product. The seeker could have been in contact a bit more but I'm just happy to not be scammed. Again, if you're looking to buy on here I would recommend buying from MISTERDRIM
Hi, as I was going to check my order from buyer I couldn't access my account anymore, It says there are no active accounts, nor any orders, associated with this email on ArtFire. Why is that? I emailed but no response immediately. I am so worried because I paid on this site. Please I really need help!
I emailed them and they responded quite rapidly. Still waiting on my tracking order
Hopefully i could get a response
A couple of years ago, I had a really good experience with ArtFire ordering a UGA Jersey (custom). So I went hunting for them again and although the Jersey I got was made pretty well (since it was custom), I ordered a Men's Medium and it says Men's in the lable but it's clearly a YOUTH size M or a womens XS. They don't seems to want to take it back and they insist I got what I ordered and that it's an Adult size. But the lenght is very short, it's really a child's size. So I'd procede with caution on these guys or make sure your order has room for error. They shipping time was actually good. It was the thing I was most worried about. I paid there higher price to insure it was going to be delievered in a month and it really was. But it might have been worth twice as much to make sure I could have used it. Bummer.
Tip for consumers:
Make sure you have room for error in your order. Remember that other countries sizes are a good bit smaller than our USA sizes. Make sure you allow at least 30+ days for shipping.

Great site to order from, with many great creative handmade artists!
I love buying my gifts there! I can always find unique handmade gifts.
Its like any site buyers should do their research, check seller reviews and if sellers are checking in regularly with their store, which the site clearly shows... so you CAN tell. I have had only great very personal service there:)
Also it is easier to find true handmade things on Artfire these days, I used to do most of my shopping on a bigger site which I will not not name... but it seems to be harder now to find true handmade artists with so much cheap imported junk... claiming to be handmade but from huge manufacturers.
So YES I love shopping on Artfire!
5 stars for sure!...
UPDATE
I used to sell on this site, it has changed a lot! I had a so called life time set fee, They took away all our tools that made it a great site so that they could force us all to pay higher fees. I didn't like the way it was done.
The site looks very generic now. I used to love my 2 stores I had there, they were beautiful and we had our own branding. But things have changed.
I have since moved on to my own websites and also sell on etsy. To be fair there are still some great sellers there. And I occasionally still order there. But not a site I recommend to sell on any longer. It's sad but true.
I can be found at www.silvermoongalleria.com & www.silvermoonbrassco.com
I am an artisan and have an Etsy store and a store on Storenvy.com. I wanted to expand my sales so I created an account on Artfire.com.
After trying to setup my store for about an hour and being frustrated with the site I finally gave up. I was able to create an account, write a bio and upload a photo to use as my profile pic but wasn't able to do anything else. I read the FAQ page and tried to figure out why I am not able to list my products.
The website claims that it is free for sellers to sell their products but I don't believe this is true. I am not saying 100% that this is not so because I may have overlooked something on the site that isn't allowing me to list my items for sale. I DO know that I am pretty good at navigating around on sites like Artfire.com and as I stated, I have an Etsy.com store. Etsy is not free to use and it clearly states that when you create an account to sell.
Artfire.com appears to not be free as well and I have yet to find a "contact us" feature on the site. There is a forum and I did post my concerns there.
I don't want to give Artfire.com a negative review because I haven't been able to use it yet. I am just saying that I don't believe it is absolutely free to use.
Tip for consumers:
Check the forums to find out if this site is free to use for sellers.
