It's too late to send it back after gifting it, but I will make sure future prospects thinking of purchasing your items think twice. What's being presented for sale, and what is received are two different things. ArtCarved/Balfour's quality needs a considerable amount of improvement. I'll make sure the Board members understand presenting a quality product, and providing a cheap lookalike needs to be addressed.

Lost my sons first class ring, waited almost 2 months. Still haven't recovered the first ring, they have no idea where it was shipped to, but never made it to our jeweler. They made him a new one. Which took more time.
Was not happy about the process or their level of care or should I say lack there of!

No, you can't buy these rings online, but just take a look at them and you will see why these are the most cherished rings around. My mom had an artcarved ring and so I made damn sure my fiance knew to get this for me. The best thing to do is find a few jewelers in your area that carry this type of ring and then see which one will give you the best deal. I found a 10-20% difference in price just by shopping around for the SAME EXACT ring. Though I know they could just be marking the price down in hopes of upselling me on a diamond. Either way, this is my favorite style of wedding bands :)

May 29th 2022 Communication has been ongoing to add a legitimate school name to their list for the online order form. They take your name and say they will put the request in which isn't an approval/ disapproval process " Will only take 72 hours". Says theyll call me and email
When its done. June 28th It never comes to life. I call again and they have no memory of the request. I quote time, dates, and email communications. Then the same BS starts over. Giving up on them. Not what they use to be. Bought out by foreign interest maybe? Posting recording of conversations to youtube.

I purchased a yellow gold Mother's ring from a local jeweler thru ArtCarved about 8 years ago and then my weight changed. I can't wear the ring any longer. I recently purchased a different ring from an online site with great reviews and was very unhappy with the quality for the money. I returned to the local jeweler to order another ArtCarved Mother's ring but they no longer used the same company. I was able to order a very similar Mother's ring thru ArtCarved once again using their online site. I received the ring in the mail today and I couldn't be happier. The quality and workmanship is just what I wanted and expected. The gold is thick and and the band is comfortable. The stones are beautiful and quality as well. I recommend this company to anyone looking and worried about price/quality. You won't be disappointed!
