I have been working with Jeffery Reimers and correspondence has been great. I have had all of my questions answered immediately or within a reasonable timeframe. We have discussed different options and sizes in order to keep costs down and achieve the same solution.
Jeff worked with me regarding a steel building on our Montana property. He was very informative and easy to work with. As it turned out, we were unable to implement the project this year. However, he was great about keeping it on file and checking up on me in the future. I'm looking forward to working with him and the folks at Armstrong Steel in the future.
After I found the website for Armstrong, I spent some time putting together a building that my wife and I might be interested in pursuing. I just wanted the quote. I called and spoke with Jim, and he was great. He immediately researched what I needed to know, got the numbers I was looking for in a timely manner, and all with genuine customer service and friendliness. Since I'm nearing retirement, I need my own personal workshop space to do what I love most- restore old cars! He has given me answers to my many questions, several quotes on some options I am working out, and has a thorough explanation of the process and products. If you are going to purchase a steel building. This is the only one I would buy. We have looked at over a dozen companies and this by far is the one we would go with. Eric Stanek, our sales person on this project, was well informed about the buildings. He was patient and helpful in all our questions and certain designs. My experience getting a price quote for an Armstrong steel building was prompt and handled with professionalism. Jim Christopherson has been a pleasure to work with. Armstrong Steel was one of the few manufacturers that even responded to my web quote requests. Sierra Irland replied back to me with in a couple hours and the next day had a quote. After a few days of back and forth, she and I pretty well had the design nailed down, and the pricing seemed to be very competitive. I will definitely consider Armstrong for future business.
I have been working with Conner Donohue on getting quotes for our, what seems to be, ever-changing project we have going on and he has been amazing. He has had to deal with a lot of changes and has happily helped us out and we could not be any more grateful.
