Armstrong Steel

Armstrong Steel took $15,000 from my wife and I and returned nothing but heartaches. They falsely advertised factory discount prices on building accessories and only after signing their contract grossly inflated their prices. They also sent us an $11.000 dollar increase and wanted to charge us for openings that were promised in the initial discussions. When we asked for our deposit back they audited our account and threatened to charge us more. We will never be treated fairly by this company because they are without a moral compass. Please just read all the fine print before you sign a contract, they used every aggressive predatory practice in the book. It was a very painful loss and experience for us.

Strongly recommend using Armstrong steel if you are purchasing a metal building. I contacted several steel building companies while in search of a building for my barndominum. Armstrong had the best customer service, the building looked excellent, went together great and if there were any issues along the way Armstrong quickly took care of them.

I had a very positive experience working with Armstrong Steel. The representative, Charlie Jones, was extremely helpful. He answered all my questions, and it was easy explaining what I was looking for - I felt heard, and it was so quick to get a quote and render. Would absolutely work with them again.

Excellent customer service! I had been getting quotes on a building from several suppliers and Joshua of Armstrong Steel was the most responsive and answered my questions in timely manner. He was easy to get it touch with and always returned my calls and emails. Joshua gave me great confidence in the quality of service Armstrong Steel could provide. Other companies could take a lesson from Joshua on how to provide excellent customer service.

Even though we did not buy a building at this time, I would recommend Joni to anyone that needs not just the building but knowledge about the process. She really helped me make the right decision even though it wasn't with her. Great customer service.

We put up an Armstrong building for a client and couldn't say enough about the quality of the building. Everything arrived on time and was clearly labeled. We haven't built a steel kit like this before, but we had zero issues with the assembly. Would recommend Armstrong to anyone

Malinda Widrikis Was awesome to work with thru the process of getting the right building layout and pricing over so we can make that choice. Very knowledgeable on understand our wants and needs. If I need a second building later down the road will go thru Armstrong steel again.

Garrett bell has been amazing! He was super helpful for me planning my future in building a barndominium! He was very thorough in finding out exactly what i wanted and how i wanted it. The fact that you have such amazing people helping you, and the building is backed my a 50 year warranty i can't imagine going wrong.

Working with Armstrong has been a wonderful experience. I just past the design phase working with Breanna Ibanez my project manager who has walked me through each step. We made a few design modifications which dialed in my building requirements. Can't wait to see the product onsite and built. Blueprint and logistics are up next then to fabrication. I expected the remaining steps to be just as smooth.

I had a hard time finding a place that would service Alaska until I talked to David Schaut at Armstrong Steel. Their service was quick and the quote was in the same day. Davis Schaut was very helpful and polite. Looking forward to to getting the building and putting it up. I will do another review after I get the building built. Thank You Again!

I have been working with Armstrong steel buildings the last week and they have been so extremely helpful with anything and everything I have come across. I have had the pleasure of working with Derek Bolton and he has been incredibly helpful, kind, and supportive in my research for a company that will work for our project. They also were able to give us a quote within a day of my project. (and it has been the lowest out of all others I have looked at. Not only giving us a totally reasonable quote I feel good about but providing me with a project manager for the duration of our project! SO HELPFUL!

In the process of buying a building from Armstrong Steel and the customer service has been stellar. Joshua Arteaga has been patient and organized with the many revisions to the project due to my changing circumstances. I feel great giving my business to this company. Thanks Joshua.

The same day that I inquired about a building project I received a call back. I was nervous at first because I thought my questions might be stupid. However, Conner Donahue made me feel very comfortable and we were able to start planning what I needed to do so they can move forward on the project. Connor was very knowledgeable about every step of the way including the prep of a site. I'm very excited to work with this company on my new project. Below is my old building, I plan to add a Mother in law cottage to the Existing structure.

This is by far the worst business I have ever dealt with. They will take your money and never actually do what they said. Then contact you a year later trying to scam you out if more money.

This was my first time buying a steel building, and it was painfully obvious I needed one. I was in dire need of some extra space for all my tools, lawn mowers and all of the other little trinkets I have hanging around. I love my Armstrong Steel garage, from the inside out! The building went so up easily and has no leaks, strong walls and a sturdy roof. Needless to say, Im impressed. Im thankful we havent had a tornado in years, but if we do, Im confident my building will stand up strong, unlike the stick built buildings around me. Thank you Armstrong!

Connor Donahue has been the best man to work with he's quick and efficient and won't turn down putting in the effort to assist you on any type of projects you're doing 10/10 would go to Armstrong steel for any building needs

I love working on cars and small engines, so much so that people from all over town actually come to visit me and ask if Ill work on their engines. Ive become the unofficial town mechanic! Of course, whats a mechanic without a place to work? I called Armstrong and got a workshop even a professional grease monkey would appreciate. I was able to put a car lift in the building to broaden my abilities, too. Everyone always compliments me on how the garage is so spacious. I absolutely love it.
