I literally wore this bikini ONCE in a chlorine pool for 30 minutes and the whole thing pilled. I've contacted the company MULTIPLE times and have received no response. My cotton on bikinis last longer - don't waste your money INCREDIBLY disappointed
Terrible experience. I was sent the wrong product, sent it back immediately noting I was going overseas. I was asked to pay a $20 processing fee for their error and have sent 10 emails that have not been responded to in the last 5 months, whilst they have over $200 of my money and I have no product.
Ive been emailing Ark to try and organise an exchange - (they don't do refunds) but after my initial response from them (which was generic and didn't reference any of the information I had already emailed in) I haven't heard a word. I've already sent back the product so am now just out the cost of the bikini with nothing to show for it and no further responses.
Lies! Said 2-3 days for shipping, more like 2-3 weeks and no free returns. This brand should go out of business! I will start a competitor just to put you out of business- not in time for Christmas
There was a problem with the duties i had to pay when shipped to the netherlands. Since they mentioned an incorrect price in USD instead of AUD i had to pay a lot. I was not informed about this proces so i did not accept the shipment. The package returned to Ark but they did not give me my money back. Mailed with the support team but they do not answer anymore.
I had an issue with the payment page while buying. Tried to contact Ark via there support email address & FB messenger - no response at all despite multiple attempts, could not be bothered to help customers at all. Also the quality of the swimwear is really poor. A lot of $$ for nothing!

You cannot contact them. They do not get back to you. No refund I understand, but now I cannot even get credit note. They have receivedy return as I have tracking. I will take this further
I received a faulty item - not only did it take them over 4 weeks to reply to my original email and then a further 4 weeks (total 2 months) to rectify - they also refused to refund me for the faulty item. They only offered an exchange, of which that item was also faulty. They still wouldn't offer me a refund, which I thought was ridiculous.
Not only does Ark swimwear have the worst customer service team, but their terms and conditions are disgraceful. I have never purchased from a company where faulty items are not refunded.
Also the quality of their garments are terrible and over priced. You can purchase Monday swimwear for the same price and much much better quality.

I got a swimsuit for $130. A few months after wearing it, my swimsuit is facing a huge discoloration. I reached out to customer service maybe 4 times in the last 10 days, but I never got an answer. They also delete the bad reviews/comments from their website and Instagram.
Don't waste your time and order somewhere else.
Dont bother if you need an exchange or any help they ignore you, there is no phone number you basically throw your money away.
Its like they are some dodgey overseas brand. Good marketeing, dont be fooled.
I ordered a bikini that was too small and have been emailing them for a week and a half to exchange with no response. Their website says to fill out the exchange card in the gift box but they did not provide an exchange card to mail back the items. Waste of $ for bad quality bikini. Do not waste your time and order somewhere else. I'm out over $100 and a bikini that doesn't fit
I've been buying Ark for years and they are my only go-to bikinis now - they're the most comfortable and easiest to wear. And the shipping is so fast I've never had a problem. I don't understand the other reviews on this site - I LOVE this Australian company. The designs are so simple and the fabric is heaven to touch, plus I've put them through the washing machine a few times and they're still amazing years after. The way they gift box and tissue paper you can tell the business really loves what they do and care. I will rave about Ark Swimwear to everyone! Customer for life.
They are scam and just want to get your money.
I ordered 2 bikini top which they are extremely small. They dont provide you return label, you have to pay or they will charge 25 $ for DHL lable. It takes them forever to get back to you. I already paid for return label and still waiting for them to send me the label.
IT DOESN'T WORTH THE HASSLE!
STAY AWAY! After I placed my order they reached out asking how I wanted to proceed because there was an error on their end. In my response, I shared I'd wait for the item to become available (2 weeks was time frame given) and asked a question about sizing (something that is encouraged throughout the website). The response was a week later and suggest a different size would be better but still proceeded to send my package the same day so i never had the opportunity to follow up... Had I just ordered the wrong size on my own that would be one thing but that wasn't the case. They knowingly sent me two swimsuits that wouldn't work, requiring me to deal with their nightmare returns, all while my emails are going unanswered. The return policy is so impractical and unhelpful: the buyer has to pay for all return shipping, they will accept one item because that is an "exchange" but if there is more than one than being sent back it's a "return" and whole different process... none of it makes sense because they don't even offer refunds so everything is technically an exchange of one item for another.
I've purchased from ark swimwear a couple of times but the most recent purchase has left a sour taste and I will not be purchasing from this company again. This company clearly has incompetent leadership and lacks efficient processes. After requesting for an exchange given the misleading size guidance on a bikini top — I was finally given the shipping label after multiple emails and two weeks of delays. I was then asked to pay for another shipping label to send back the bikini top. All of this back and forth resulted in the exchange (which hasn't even been sent yet) being sent back after my vacation date. There are many other small boutique companies that offer great customer service and sadly this isn't one of them. Avoid lots of frustration and purchase from someone else who values your custom. This brand does not.
The suits i ordered fit nicely snd the fabric was thick and durable. They are kinda pricy but otherwise no problems
I love the look and fit of Ark swimsuits, unfortunately the quality is extremely poor. After 1,5 years the bottom has twice the size - you can see it in the attached picture - both bottoms had the same size at the beginning. I live in Germany so I have not wore the Bikini this often. I tried to contact customer service to get any kind of refund - but no chance.

Please do not purchase from this company! They have the worst customer service ever, it has been 2 months since my purchase - no item and no refund and I've just been giving the runaround for weeks. The response is they're a small business and cannot offer refunds - I don't see how being a small business has anything to do with treating customers fairly and correctly.
