I have nothing but good things to say about their service. Performance is good, ease of use, control panel, They are all excellent. Their control panel is a joy to use; well laid out and organized. I was able to sign up, upload my site, and publish a SQL server db in an incredibly short amount of time. They have step by step instructions in their KB, which are very easy to follow. The features are superb.

Contacted ArionVPS about a dedicated server and had a sensible conversation with someone who didn't expect me to have long arms and deep pocketrs. Settled for a quad core server with 1TB discs in raid at a price less than half of most of the competitors. Save over £100 per month on my previous server. So did I get worse quality? Well the setup was done in less than two hours and most issues were resolved almost by return and certainly within an hour. Very impressed so far.

Chat room support won't answer your questions and turns it off, you have to change IP to talk to the same support agent again, stay away at all cost.

Arion VPS is really good. I have my website domain name and hosting from them for about an year now. They have good interface, easy tools, good applications for CMS and email and a very promising customer support.

When I've had technical problems in the past Arion VPS is responsive both online and over the phone. Their templates are very easy to use, and you don't need a lot of technical expertise to set up a site.
