I love my new shutters. The price was right and they were easy to install
Your web site has multiple bugs and usability issues, adding wrong items to the order, automatically switching pictures to default ones, dropping the selected options when moving the items from a project to the order and vice-versa, clearing the shopping cart by mistake, etc. In addition, you charge $250 for the item being dimensionally heavy, but at the same time you are charging the standard ground shipping fee in addition to that. That's not fair. I'm still going ahead with you as a customer considering your length of experience, price protection guarantee and the ability to custom-select item sizes, but right off the gate my experience as a shopper is far from ideal.
Beyond that, the order took considerably longer to manufacture and deliver than expected.
I like that I was able to save things in my cart for 30 days. The prices were very competitive.
