I've been going to Arby's for sometime, I went there for our dinner and started the order when I ordered the jalapeño bites with bronco sauce and was told they discontinued the bronco sauce. I was in shock. I wanted to just leave. I do like their other menu items but the bronco sauce always swayed me to go there. I will think twice before going there next time. :(: ( :(

I visit the Arby`s in Acworth GA. On Hey 41. But this is a general review. The Mac and Cheese is the best I've tested and I'm 54. I also love the change with the crinkle fries but I miss the Chicken salad sandwich. Great Job Arby`s!

BEWARE ONLINE ORDERS

I arrived to pick up my online order on time. 20 minutes later the store still couldn't find my order, altho' I showed them the confirmation #, etc. Wouldn't make my food unless I paid again & gave me an 800# to try & get my $$ back. Still waiting on the refund!

I hate arbys

Arbys sucks they have the worst food possible and thats alot coming from someone who is white. Your chicken is so foul. Why is your slogan we have the meat? So does every male on the planet? You aren't special, you arent gods gift to women. Get a grip. Your food sucks. Do better

Can't get an order right

The Arbys on Main in Norman Oklahoma can't get an order right. When I got thru and order a french dip sandwich I always request they toast the bun, which it says should be on menu, they don't. Just plain bread with dry meat on it to dip in the sacue. When I got thru and order their new Waynu Burger I request no sauce, as it tastes like McDonalds big mac sauce. Of course I get home and it has the crappy Big Mac sauce all over it. They just can't get a simple request correct at this location. Which I will no longer be going to.

Disappointment
September 16, 2023

I was looking forward to trying the new Hushpuppy fish. The flavor was underwhelming and the cost was overwhelming for the amount of food. I will certainly not be getting this again. I've noticed also that the amount of roast beef on the Classic sandwiches has decreased. It's not the Arby's that our family used to enjoy.

Why is it that everytime we come to the north myrtle beach arbys they are never open and the excuse is always Covid we haven't that for 2 years and we still wait 3 hours in the $#*!in line because y'all can't open the store

Food is generally pretty good and our orders via the drive-thru are usually correct.

I will give them a 5 star rating the day that my sandwich is 6 inches high as advertised on TV.

Horrible
October 23, 2022

I had the brisket sandwich and the fries meal. The brisket slices were so thin they were all dried up and the sandwich was sloppily put together with barbeque sauce on top the bun, very messy. The fries were warmed over and hard. Horrible meal for over $10. Will never eat there again! It was 4:40 p.m. at the Greenville Tx Arby's on October 23rd. This meal was terrible. Only one tiny onion ring on the sandwich.

Poor service
September 1, 2023

If i could give 0 stars, I would. Every time I go to the Arby's on Popular Springs Road I Ringgold Ga, I have to pull up and wait a minimum of 20 minutes for my order. EVERY TIME. I only order off of the menu so it isn't like it's a special order or anything.
Someone needs to train these people better. I avoid going to Arby's because of this.

Where's the beef

I paid $4.90 for a roast beef sandwich that sucked. Hardly any meat on it and was cold. That price is not worth what you got. Pitiful. I will NOT be going back.

Under Cooked Curley Fries

Curly fries were possibly cooked in under temp oil as they were very undercooked/raw/greasy.
Meat was ok, Service good. When filling cup with Coke as coke going into cup, water was poring out onto wrist from front of dispenser. Server told and observed him tell Manager who ignored him.

Arby's is bad

I am here to change my Arby's review, no longer will I give into the cultist dictatorship that is back in, I will no longer be threatened by crappy Ghostbusters remakes, today I put my foot down, Gack inc. this is only the beginning my trial may not be done yet but I have much more planned, I'm going to say it, Arby's is the worst restaurant I've ever had the displeasure of tasting, the meat looks horrible and tastes horrible, great value roast beef tastes better. And not to mention the defining factor of any fast food restauraunt, the chicken! It's so dry and bland, I've never had a chicken sandwich more disappointing in my life the only thing you do right Arby's is mozzarella sticks but how do you $#*! up mozzarella sticks? Exactly, that's not a reward, it's deep fried cheese you can't make that bad, but chicken? Come on Arby's, you have the meats but who cares if the meats taste like dirty old socks.

After leaving Dr's apt I went through Arby's ordered my food, left not checking my bag, I started eating in realized alot of my food wasn't there I only had the fish special with the wings special etc I called told them, they said come back in they would replace it I said live n Murphysboro and I didn't want to come back right then, she said she would write my name down for when I came back, needless to say i returned to Dr, stopped by Herrin Arby's and they didnt know what i was talking about about so they never done anything about it, i personally think it's BS i still have my receipt but you can only see certain parts as they must have needed a new ink ribbon! Herrin Arby's sucks, foods pretty good but help is terrible!

Store #8302 in South Bloomfield, Ohio *******
THEY ADMITTED THEY HAVE RATS! RATS! RATS! RATS! I went through the drive-thru and order the Smokehouse Brisket meal. As I'm waiting for the cars in front of me, I notice a black box on either side of the back door. I grabbed a quick picture and zoomed in to discover they were RAT traps. My first thought was, okay, there are rodents running around the fields outside, it makes sense to have them. What didn't make sense is that they are sitting in the customer's view. I decided to politely mention that to the shift manager who was running the window. I told him that having rat traps sitting in the customer's view is not a good look. He said his manager had placed the traps outside the door before gleefully explaining that they have more RAT! Traps inside the store too. Um... what? Unfortunately, I had already paid for my food and was so stunned at what I was hearing - should have asked for my money back but before I could, he asked me to pull forward while he got my "product" ready. I must have zoned out because I waited for the food to arrive. When it did, several minutes later, I took it and pulled out. I was hungry and ignored the conversation I had just had. I regretfully ate the cold fries. I had to wait several minutes to get very cold fries. Then I reached for the sandwich. The paper was put on haphazardly and bun inside was cold. I say bun because it was not a sandwich. What it looked like is someone didn't pick up their food, so the bag was sitting there for half an hour or more. They took the sandwich out, removed the meat and quickly re-wrapped it in the same paper. I ended up going to Tim Horton's across the street where, as luck would have it, I paid the same amount and got exactly what I ordered, and there were no RAT traps in view. Conveniently enough, as I was about to post this review, their district manager called me. Apparently the RATS are normal for that store and he made excuses for why the traps were in plain view of customers. I understand that stores with a field behind them could have a rodent problem, but it's beyond disgusting to announce to the customer that your store has RATS and then to justify it with a simple, meh.

Never again

I was very displeased with my food. I worked at the V. A. hospital an was on my lunch break. I went to Arbys on got them 2for6 my roast beef was so dry an cold. My chicken sandwich was 2 cold an very very hard tenders an cold, the cheese looked like it was a month old. My curly fries was hard an cold. I couldn't take it back cause I had to be back at work. But never again. I want my $9.01 back
