I was interested in some of their products but their online ordering system is clunky. Over an hour on hold for telephone service and NO response to customer service emails in 9 days. They sell this as a 'business opportunity' but basically they want you to make money for them without providing any decent level of support!
I have used number of Arbonne products and I love them. The reps are very friendly and customer service is outstanding (I had a product delivered with a broken dispenser, it was replaced the same week). I love that the company is friendly to our planet with reducing use of plastic and own recycling service. I was looking for pure and non toxic skin products for many years, now I'm confident I have found a perfect products which I'm going to enjoy for years to come.
I've been reading some of the reviews and have had the same experience. I purchased the Arbonne water bottle through a friend and when I called their customer service, I was told that I needed to go through the person who purchased the product for me. Fair enough, but when my friend called to tell them that my water bottle leaks all the time and the lid is impossible to come off at times which to me the seal is gone and has been since I purchased it. I ordered 3 of them, 1 for me and 2 for my nephews, they have had no issues. The customer service rep told my friend that I need to send them a picture of the bottle leaking. Really, I will send the bottle back and just give me a new one... it's a water bottle. How to you get a picture of a water bottle leaking when it happens sporadically. To me, this company does not stand by their products and shouldn't even be in business. Oh and by the way, if they do take stuff back, you have to pay for shipping... Just buy off Amazon! ARBAD needs to go out of business
I joined the company 11/2018 I promoted fast to a District MGR (1st level) within a few months. It sold $8,000 along with another one of my friends who also was a consultant. That is how I promoted. I did the 30 day program back to back to back and the whole food nutrition along with the break it gave my digestive system made my body so happy! While the products are more expensive I get my stuff basically free if I sell. What i don't like is the DM basically float this company and the area mgrs, regionals and national Vice Presidents, The DM usually quit and guess what the upline don't care because then they can get your customers. My upline manipulated sales to promote my best recruit out of my central district, That makes it impossible really to bonus. The area mgrs regionals and Nationals get all the perks! The DM'S don't get anything. This is what they call a company making $$ on the front end.
I still consult for my base of friends because it still want my stuff for free. Aunt I don't make as much as I'm used to because of bonus potential was stripped from me. It reported my upline and they are investigating her. I am sure she will get what's coming and I do hope she loses her consultant ID number.
Love the products but this is cut throat when those areas are going for region and a Mercedes stipend they will sideline you to get to your network especially if they don't think your working as hard as they are.
They will steal from your account as much as they can. Emptied my minor daughter's bank account with only knowing her name and email address. Caution. Police report is filed

Only allows refunds up to 45 days. I called on my 46th day and they were not able to refund me or offer me any other solution. I was very excited to start Arbonne but now I am so disappointed and I hope nobody Else goes through this experience.
I have a faulty product. The CC cream has a split in the neck so instead of the cream dispensed via the opening, it pours out the split, rendering the product useless. I am not able to contact Customer care directly I have to use the lady I purchased it from, she contacts and they consider it then. She has to go through all her orders for an order number and find my order. What a waste of time, energy and effort. I have the product, the serial number and when returned they can review the issue. Poorest excuse for customer service.
I will never support or try to promote a business that lets their AREA MANAGERS talk to people on social media the way they do. One of their area managers (We'll call her A) decided it was okay for them to tell someone (we'll call her B) that covid wasn't real even after learning someone from B's family died from it. Then A tried to tell B that's not how her family member died. Excuse me? What gives you the right to say that? A then went on to say that her manager supports her saying things like this! Unprofessional, tacky, and never giving this "business" a second thought.
They must be a far right conspiracy company. Many of their consultants are Q. You will watch them talk about products then all of a sudden go on a crazy baseless no facts convo about the "deep state" wayfair and Ellen. I had to stop watching which means no more purchasing for me.
Not sure how 30ml of serum can possibly fit inside the tiny space provided inside and the rest of the bottle is empty. I have other products that are 30ml and you can clearly see there is more product in the bottle than yours. Do all your other products have the correct amount of mls in them? For the price of the package i am completely beyond disappointment and i will not recommend your products to anyone in the future.
We use the products and our very satisfied. We love the fizz, and the shakes are fantastic, The 30 day cleanse works great, and their products are fantastic.

I bought the expensive mascara. No complaints about the mascara itself but the tube is defective. From the beginning, I had difficulty inserting the wand and eventually I couldn't insert it at all. I always assumed the tight fit was to keep too much mascara from gathering on the wand. I admit the product is a year old, but it never worked right from the beginning. Although I rarely used itI am stuck with an unusable full tube of Arbonne mascara. I'dnever buy it again, especially since customer service refused to help. They said it was too old but I offered to send the full two back so they can see it was rarely used.The sales rep however was delightful and made for an enjoyable presentation.
Horrible misleading company with all sorts of False promises. Products and nice but extremely over priced and the customer service is terrible. They cancelled an order for weeks so that you miss out on advertised sakes. They never resolved the issue but pressure you to buy more. They offer a lot of false promises. They don't seem to be interested in selling products to consumers as much as getting you to recruit others into selling products so someone in the pyramid scheme can make money.
Amazing products that actually work! I had a spa and got amazing discounts 600$ worth of products for only 70$ you seriously can't beat these prices and the skincare line has lasted me over 6 months! Amazing, amazing, amazing!

They suck you in, and they do not tell you certain things, such as one must buy products for themselves in order to get a (joke) of a commission check! It is not so much about selling. It is pulling people in to sell for you! Products are also extremely expensive! Who can afford $17 for toothpaste? Plus shipping? It is a ripoff and I am so happy I am done with this company! They also have been sued!
Love the RE9, really cleared up my face after trying many many other products, plus they last such a long time (once I realized I could use a small dollop to cover my whole face!). Also went through the 30-day nutrition challenge and was great, lost some pounds and increased my sport performance. Definitely recommend. Only product so far I didn't love was the toothpaste because it's too healthy and doesn't taste as good lol.
I went to an arbonne party a few months ago, and was told that the products are completely natural with no nasty chemicals in them, and that it would be a great match for my sensitive skin. So I bought the Re9 kit. I suffer from acne and dry skin. After using the range for a few weeks, my acne flared up and my face was completely oily all the time. The masque gave me allergic reactions and I couldn't continue using as my skin was starting to burn after applying everything. This didn't seem normal considering these products are all natural with no chemicals, so I decided to do some research... It didn't take me long to find out that these products have plenty of toxic chemicals in them, just not the most popular ones that you hear about, like paraben and mineral oils. I returned the Re9 range and was told by my consultant to try the calming range before giving up on arbonne altogether. I thought this to be fair, so I tried the calming range for another few weeks but had the same reactions. I told my consultant that it was not working for me and that I would like a refund and to return the products. She told me she would collect the products and refund me the money. This was over a month ago. The products are still sitting in my mail box for her to collect, and the money has not been refunded into my account. It would seem that because I am not a customer anymore, I don't deserve the same customer service. Very disappointed.
Arbonne is to be commended for taking a stand against big name manufacturers by offering products that are safer to use. They have good quality products.
The problem is that they cost twice as much as what I pay for the same quality products. I've done a product by product price comparison and found Arbonne to be way more expensive.
If given a choice between two products of equal quality and one being 50% more affordable, I think most people would make the same decision and opt for price.
For example, Arbonne toothpaste at $17 a tube. A bar of soap for $18. Really!?
