I booked a British Airlines flight BA1642 to Athens from JFK Booking ID *******. From the processing time for the ticket to be confirmed your end I received a confirmation which the airline I paid for was now American. Never was I called to be notified and I don't want to fly American Airlines. I called twice one time the agent said but it will be a British Airways plane which I found out on my 2nd call it was not correct. I called a second time and the agent said well that flight is no longer available but I said well I paid for this British Airways ticket, it's not my fault your system is delayed in confirming the flight and how dare no-one call be to advise me on this. I have since canceled this flight for obvious reasons. I flew with Arangrant this year to Greece and now will never fly with you again. I promise if no-one calls me to offer me the same original flight which apparently is not even available the dates I selected, I will go on every sight possible and post my review on every site I can to show potential customers how this scam works. I fly at least 6 times internationally per year and never have I experienced this in my years of traveling. Oh and apparently the agent says that it states this in my communication that flight change, deals are no longer available due to lapsed confirmation times etc. It's so dishonest and I will be very vocal...

I bought a ticket for my mom. The flight got canceled due to the war in Israel. Got an email from the airline itself that I could get my money back as it wasn't my fault, but because I didn't buy the ticket directly from them and instead bought it through your company- I could only receive my refund from arangrant. Answer: Hi Linda, thank you for your question. If the travel credits were issued from a previous booking with us, we can assist you with the rebooking, applying applicable fees. Please contact us at customercare@arangrant.com for further assistance.
Answer: Any compnay would be better, in fact you are better making your own reservations directly through the airlines if you know how to. Otherwise any other agency would be better than this one. Stay away.
Answer: They act like a scam company making all sorts of claims, then saying you are unable to do anything you were told you can do.
Answer: Almost impossible. Either they do not answer or another rep other than your rep answers and says they can not do anything, that they buy bulk tickets and you can not change ANYTHING and NO REFUNDS

These alternative flights were also discussed with you by our sales agent, who explained that the outbound portion would be operated by American Airlines, while the return would be operated by British Airways.
However, we understand your decision not to proceed with the booking. Therefore, a full refund has been initiated and credited back to your account. Please know that it is our intention to assist you with your travel plans in a way that suits your needs.
