The website was very user-friendly. On a constant pressure system. The cost of a longer pressure transducer cable seems a bit excessive.

I called to see if a well pressure tank was in stock. The person I spoke with did an inventory check and told me it would ship the next day. It was here by Tuesday after a holiday weekend
Ordered a replacement meter housing to replace a leaking one. On-line order system indicated a two-day ship time after it left the warehouse. In actuality, the shipping took four days.
Called to place order, was advised they were out of stock but would find a distributor. In less than 5 minutes they called back and was having it shipped immediately
